Having used PC Handyman-Cleveland for more than six years, I can highly recommend their services: prompt, thorough and clear in what is being done and why. Although I am not computer intuitive, Charley is. I've never had an issue which he can not address.Review from Germaine G

Charlie is the reason I can use my computer for everything I need. He is extremely prompt, understanding, and gives you total confidence that you have done the right thing. You could not ask for more.

Charley is an IT savant who knows how to explain tech issues, either hardware or its interaction with software programs, to us lay-folks. Using his calendar to make an appointment works very well to get the time you need to update and fix problems. He is responsive and nonjudgmental, never makes me feel like an idiot as so many IT people tend to do. I highly recommend him for those computer and software related little to big issues. He also recommends how to think about and order upgrades and improvements that you want to make to your system and operations. I'm on a monthly contract that covers all the bases and I feel so much more in control of my interaction with the digital world.Review from Gary & Beryl T

We sleep better at night because of PC Handyman! Charley is so knowledgeable about all things computer. And he finds those mysterious pages on the computer that we never knew existed. He has helped us out on two issues this year with great success. And it’s very easy to make an appointment on his site. We have been using PC Handyman for several years and cannot report any complaints. We always get more than we bargained for. Prompt replies and immediate help in an emergency. We are very well satisfied with the service and knowledge that is conveyed. No one will be sorry if they sign up for this service! PC Handyman provides excellent service. I highly recommend Charley **** and I would not consider anyone else to resolved my PC issues. He explains his recommendations clearly and carefully, and he acts quickly in urgent situations. I've been a client of Charley's for years, and he's always done a fantastic job.
