            May 17, 2021 I purchased a 2017 kia forte from this dealership. they took my social security number and said they operate under the truth in lending act, the sales and security agreement that was given to me also states that they operate under the truth in lending act, but they have not been truthful or given full disclosure as to how the credits are being used. This company also took a 1000$ downpayment from me which is a violation of the truth in lending act because there is no cash supposed to be given in a securities agreement. Further more they company and their partners never explained what is meant by "security interest". What specifically is the security interests. This dealer also registered my title with out me expressly giving them power of attorney to do so. I have nothing but bad experience with this company. I was not made aware as to if the vehicle is collateral for payment then why is my social security number needed or used, and if my social security was used then why was the property collateral. I feel that i was extorted by this company and their partner Lendmark financial services and I do not personally recommend them to any consumer.

            *** ***** did purchase a 2017 Kia Forte on May 17, 2021. *** ***** signed all the legal paperwork required to purchase this vehicle including a Power of Attorney required to transfer the vehicle into his name. This Power of Attorney was presented to the Lake County Title Bureau along with the title to be transferred into his name and is in the county records. *** ***** gave us a down payment for the purchase of this vehicle and financed the balance with ******** Financial. All financing was with ******** Financial and *** ***** signed all loan documents, including a security agreement for this vehicle in ******** Financials offices. A lien was filed on behalf of ******** Financial as they had secured interest in this vehicle. At no time was a lien recorded in favor of Transportation Outlet Inc. Transportation Outlet follows all State of Ohio guidelines on each and every vehicle we sell
