They lied and said one thing was wrong with a car I paid for in full for 6k. I got it home and it has a blown head gasket and I can’t even drive and now they want me to pay them to fix the issue. The engine coolant was over filled on purpose and there was no way they didn’t know the head gasket was blown. Everytime I call them all the lady does is hang the phone up on me. Very rude and unprofessional and nothing but crooks.Review from Tracie G

Saybrook Autoblock is the worse place to buy a vehicle. They lie to you, and find more ways than one to try and get more money out of you. This place should be shut down!!!Review from Marlen B

This place repoed my car for being 15 days late. Then charged me a $300 tow fee and then I pay the $580 get my car back. Now I just had to put $600 into it between the brakes needed done calipers and rotors they had never been changed. I called told the woman in the office I’d be a week later. She said it should be fine. Three days later repoed my car again. Now I’ve dumped $1000 into just to make it drivable not like the way they sold it to me. My paperwork says I’ve got 30 days before they take repossession of the car back. Now every time I call and ask to talk to the owner I get hung up on and so did my friend Sean that actually fixed the back brakes of the car the car was on blocks for three days not drivable. Replaced a coil, a tire, plugged another one cause there was a screw in it. I need a new pulley assembly which is $300 almost and another $300 to replace the front brake system.
