Just had my Roof done by reliable roofing and love it. From estimates to install, the team was on top of everything, Brian was very helpful with shingle selection and Stacy with communicating and scheduling. When the team showed up on the first morning they attacked it like an army. Must have been 7-8 people. Could tell they knew what they were doing. I must admit I was particularly fearful since we just had a new deck put in, but they made every effort to protect everything. I did get 5+ quotes and their price was extremely fair. And, you don't pay until the job is done. Thanks again, Jason, Stacy, and Brian (and the whole team that I didn't catch names).Review from Paulette K

Dealing with insurance companies and contractors makes me very nervous. But Reliable Roofing handled everything from meeting with the insurance adjuster, to follow up appointments, to installing my new roof, to handling the final paperwork with State Farm without any issues. There was some unexpected technical woodwork around my chimney, but Jason and his expert technicians came back the next day to finish the work professionally. The crew is friendly, and the clean-up is excellent. No complaints or regrets with my decision.Review from Tim P

I was recommended to Reliable Roofing by a co-worker who had a new roof installed last year. I called for an estimate in early March and the salesman, Brian came out and gave me a quote. Brian advised that the owner would be present on the job and that they only work with one crew. He advised that none of their work was subbed out. One of the selling points to me was that the owner would be on the job. I agreed to the quote, $6,840.00 on 3/10. A little over a week later I saw an ad in the MaxValues circular from Reliable Roofing for $5,795.00. I texted Brian with a picture of the ad and asked if my roof qualified for the discount. I never received a reply. I continued seeing this ad every month in the MaxValue circular, although the price did go up to $5.995. I did ask upon setting up the installation about the sale coupon and was told the salesman, Brian would call me back. He did and advised several things that affect the price including how many layers of roof on the tear-off (I had one), the pitch of the roof, and he also told me "we have to pay 7 guys, and we gave you the best price." He advised the coupon does state "some restrictions may apply." I'm not sure how anyone can qualify for this discounted price. On Fri. July 2 the material for my roof was dropped off for the installation to start on Monday, July 5. I took the day off of work to be home. I was called at 7:45 am on Monday morning and told they would not be coming because a truck had broken down. I was told they didn't want to bother me over the weekend. A call over the weekend would have saved me from taking the day off of work. On Sat. July 12 the roof was started. The owner, Jason arrived in the morning with the tear-off truck and left advising he would return after checking on a job in N.Ridgeville. He never returned until that evening to pick up the tear-off truck. This was not what I was told by the salesman, Brian, what their website claims, or what every monthly ad they publish reads "owner is present on all jobs." This was extremely disappointing. One of the main reasons I chose Reliable was because of the fact the owner would be present. After the job was complete the workers left without telling me they were done. As I was checking the work a truck pulled up with a man (not sure who he was) stating he was there to check the job. He advised they had run out of material and would return on Monday. I pointed out to him a large hump on the rear of the roof by the gutter. He advised the drip edge probably was popped up and would just need to be pounded down. I also was missing a small piece of a gutter. I had to leave for work. I returned home the next morning to find the hump still on the roof. I took a picture and texted it to the owner, Jason that morning advising that the work was unacceptable. He advised he would be out Monday to make things right. On Monday morning Jason arrived and I expressed my displeasure with the condition of the roof and was not happy that it would need to be repaired, not being 48hrs. old . Apparently, the drip edge was crushed under the shingles causing the hump on the roof edge. Not sure how his crew could leave without seeing the obvious problem. Jason said he was going to fix that and several other things he saw. He also advised he was going to have new gutters installed, because of the problems I had. He was very apologetic and advised that he should have been on the job. As far as I can tell the drip edge was repaired correctly, but I'm not a roofer that's why I called them. New gutters were installed on my house, but not the garage which was also part of the shingle/roof replacement. If replacing the gutters on the house was supposed to be a goodwill gesture why not replace the 30ft. of gutter on the garage which was also part of the roofing job. I checked the BBB website before I decided to go with Reliable Roofing and thought I did my homework, that's why I'm writing this so hopefully someone else might see what happened to me and check closer. Remember, some restrictions apply to everything, the owner is not present on all jobs, and apparently, he does have more than one crew if he had jobs going in N.Ridgeville and Parma on the same day unless he subbed the job out which the salesman claimed they don't. After I paid Jason and he was leaving my house he said "sorry for the hiccups." I'm glad he thought they were just hiccups.Review from David K

Just had my roof done. Complete tear off and replacement. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done. Quote was competitive, the job was done sooner than estimated, tear off and re-roof was complete in one day. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward and even trimmed a few branches off a tree that were growing too close to the house. All in all, a great job. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
