I don't like to leave bad review but if I don't leave a review of this company that would be unfair for the people who would get unprofessional experience and didn't know what they are getting into after signing up the contract. I signed the contract for new roof and told the salesman I would need new decking for the entire roof. he measured the roof and told me the project manager mike (who is not just a project manager but owner of the company) would work with you on the wood replacement price and it would cost around 3000 to 3500 dollars for less than 1000sq foot house. and I asked beforehand that you guys are doing the work and not sending the subcontractors. right. they sent the subcontractors almost over a month late and after they ripped the shingles. There project manager (owner MIKE) called and told me it's going to take 50 to 60 plywood's and going to cost 6500 dollars. I told him its less than 1000 sq feet house. He was very unprofessional and cursed at me and called me cheap. later that day I went over the ladder and lifted the felt paper and there was no wood replaced on the front and back porch. they never provided any pictures for the wood replacement which the sub told me he took the pictures. The lady who works in the office is very rude as well. I wish there was zero stars that I could give to this company.
