            Roof and walls damaged by roofing repair. Roof requires specialist to install and repair EPDM roof. 1st choice roofing claimed to be specialist. Roof adhesive was starting to fail. 1st Choice recommended that the 18 inches of the roof wood should be replaced along with drip edges, fascia board. Work was compled in 2019. Leaks were noticed and “repaired” in 2020. Gutter was noticed to be dropping slightly this month. Upon closer inspection I notice the fascia board came apart. 1st choice came out to look at it. Repair said damage was a result of past repair and new repair was beyond his expertise and that his supervisor and president would come out to develop planned. Then the repair would be completed. He apologized on how much damage the past “shotty” work caused by his company. He was going to send pictures when he got back. But upon return was instructed not to send them. No response from company. Threatened with BBB complaint. President company says they will not fix damage

            1st Choice Roofing have dedicated workers who show up and work long hours to accomplish their job. My roof was finished in two days and workers cleaned up afterwards. 1st Choice worked with my insurance company and were here when insurance people came to inspect roof before approving replacement. Quality roof material and workers!
