AVOID! Found the perfect property on their site, paid the $99 fee to reserve it. Didn't hear back for a day, then called texted and emailed for three days. Finally got someone on the phone that confirmed that yes i was the only one interested and it was mine to buy, then, no reply for another day until i called multiple times to get someone on the phone. They then tell me it wasn't mine (after I started making plans to use my new property) and that actually it had sold already and there was a computer glitch. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL to not tell me that straight away, and to tell me it was mine to buy and also to not contact me within 24 hours like their website promises. AVOID this company.

I am sorry for your troubles, we aim not only for satisfied customers, but raving fans. The weekend this occurred, we were trying to move our site to a new hosting platform that would allow it to operate faster to benefit our customers. During this time, one of our land specialists emailed another customer a link to purchase this parcel of land PRIOR to you making this purchase ON THE WEBSITE. When the site was put back online, you were seeing the property as available, when in fact it was already sold and you were able to put down the $99.00 processing fee. My assistant spoke to you on the next business day, Monday, and was unaware that this had been done outside of the normal ON SITE order system by someone on the sales team. Over the next 48 hours the issue was investigated and discovered, at which time you spoke to Emily again, who was able to explain what happened and refunded your $99.00 fee (which is showing cleared and in your account the same day). (I would include a screen shot if the BBB would allow it here). This entire scenario was caused by the website work we did over this weekend and is in no way indicative of how we regularly do business. Under normal conditions, when someone pays the tie up or processing fee on our website, the property is immediately taken off the market by the ecommerce software so no one else can duplicate the payment for the same property. The good news is you were made whole immediately after we discovered what happened with no questions asked. If you would like to purchase another property from us, I am willing to give you a sizeable discount for your aggravation. Again, we are very sorry this happened. We value our customers and our good name as you can see by our testimonials and numerous Google 5 star reviews and it's our goal to make them all as happy as possible.
