Safeguard is a scam. I have had to set up 2 inspections (PNC mortgage request) for a roof replacement. They cancel after they say they can't reach me. I left 22 voicemails and they don't care that I have gone above and beyond to schedule an inspection. They are being scammed by their sub sub contractors stating that they are calling. They only have to screen shot their calls. LOL they send the exact same one every time. Their time isn't the same as my phone. meaning they say took 25 sec. to leave voicemail, my phone shows the vm lasted 15 sec. I offered to share my missed calls and show they have not reached out to me this time!!! The cooperate office told me to shut up on the call, and that's not cool, hence to need for me to post this.. They are scammers, and on top of this googled what appears to be into criminal activity too. This is sad that our mortgage companies pay them to help protect their assets, well guess what I want to protect my asset too. Get your act together...

Ms. *** contacted Safeguard Properties Management, LLC directly regarding the issue and has been working with our inspections department. Safeguard sent someone to my house in Bakersfield, CA after my dad died. I thought he was there to rob the place. He showed me his credentials and I told him the house was not vacant. Months later, Safeguard sent someone out to cover my pool, change locks on two of the doors, and put padlocks on the pool gate and the storage unit while I was at work. I come home to my carpet, pool cleaner, pool brush, lawn mower, and weed wacker missing. They even opened one of my garages with the broken spring. It wouldn't close due to the sensor being broken, so they released the manual latch from the track. The garage door fell and bent one of the hinges. Now, My door doesn't close correctly. I contacted customer service, but they told me that their contractor denies all of it. They told me to take them to court. I beleive whoever they hired to come to the house did the damage, not Safeguard. I will be filing a claim.

This is a CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION. They busted the lock of our front door and broke into our home under the guise that they were to “winterize it”. These THUGS stole over TEN THOUSAND dollars worth of jewelry, clothing, and even ROSARY BEADS. Among countless other family heirlooms. safeguard refused to cooperate with police in their attempt to locate these criminals and denied any wrongdoing nor the slightest bit of sympathy. Upon a subpoena Safeguard still lied to police about which individuals went to our home. There “winterization” cards left behind were dated 12-8-23 and initialed LTRPP. A neighbor also witnessed multiple men at our home on 12-8-23. Safeguard claims one sole individual winterized our home on 12-4-23. However, we were robbed on the 8th. the one name provided to police do not match the winterization cards. Safeguard is shielding the real criminals so that police cannot properly investigate. The executives have shown an obscene, criminal level of negligence in how they operate and who they hire. Safeguard has orchestrated 100s if not thousands of robberies nationwide and it is far past time the company is thoroughly investigated and dissolved, possibly with many of there administrators and field agents behind bars for countless theft, false documentation and illegal business practices.

Safeguard vehemently denies these allegations by Mr. *****. Safeguard has reviewed and handled Mr. *****’s concerns and complaints. Safeguard has previously addressed with Mr. ***** directly.

Safeguard has pompously and unjustly denied their wrongdoing. All readers will see the countless and similar stories regarding your criminal organization. I would be beyond embarrassed to work at your company.

2 guys showed up to my property went into the house and started stealing my personal property. I called the cops they were both charged with theft..

Absolutely terrifying experience. Someone showed up on my front porch, demanding to appraise my house. No name, no credentials, and I was the only person home. I told him I hadn’t heard anything about an appraisal from my lender or insurance, and asked him to leave. He refused to leave my property and remained on my front porch. He said Safeguard was hired by JP Chase. We don’t have a loan through Chase or any bank relationship with him. I told him I was going to call the police and he said that was fine, acting like he HAD to do the appraisal. When I called the police, he left. I think this is clearly a scam or scheme to case your home. Please be aware.

Would leave a zero if I could. This company broke into our home changed our locked and stole a large foyer light that is 20 feet high and while doing so, damaged the wall. Stole many other lights and our curtains in our master bedroom. Dumped garbage from another home in our garage and stole our nest thermostats. Many other things were stolen, but those are just a few that I can think of.

This company violates the law, trespasses onto personal property absent a court order, commits the crimes of defiant trespass, burglary, breaking and entering, theft, and the list goes on. And they are in cohoots with mortgage companies. They will allege that your real estate is bank owned and/or foreclosed on which then grants them the right to enter onto and into your home, change your locks, and steal your personal property. Rocket Mortgage is behind and encourages this behavior.

Safeguard properties is a scam. They will have you to do the work on the properties and send you out to the property multiple times to get dust off a door know or a smear on a window that's outside of the window. You comply because you want to get paid for your work and the money that you've invested in completing the property. You take pictures and submit your invoice with a slow website. They want you to do all the work with organizing the photos to calling and emailing the relator that the property has been completed. Submitting and invoice can take hours sometimes days depending on the number of photos. The VAM are no help (Carol) you call her and ask her she says I don't know call the help desk and afterwards she won't answer the phone. They'll send you back out to the property to complete something else and you'll submit it on the invoice with pictures and they still will not pay you. RUN don't walk stay far away from Scam Guard as possible.

Mellissa ***** a realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty in Dorchester came to my daughters home in Dorchester stating that she worked for Safeguard Properties , and ***** ***** ****, and they wanted her to do an occupancy check unannounced, Sunday 8/20/23 at 12noon,(what bank does business on a Sunday) . My daughters home is worth close to 900,000, and it was inherited from her grandparents, 12 years ago with just shy of 90,000.00 left. it is a 2 family victorian house of 5500 square feet with each of my daughters owning a side, and my grandchildren living on both sides. Why would she thinks the house was abandon with all the children and family members in/out. Mellissa just showed up and frightened them. Unfortunately for Mellissa, and ******** ****** ****** I own 4 large properties, that are close to 4.5 million worth, along with a generation of 250,000 annual rental revenue, and I help them manage their mortgage. And I will be pursuing damages against ******** ****** ******, Safeguard Properties, and ***** ****** for threatening them, and Mellissa for false representation, with the intent to defraud my children This Safeguard Properties LLC company is a scam perpetrated by ******** ****** ******, and of course supported covertly by ***** ***** **** that has no authorization to do anything new in Massachusetts because they were found guilty of defrauding thousands of Massachusetts home owners, by the Massachusetts Attorney General , and forced to payback millions to consumers We are an old account thats why we are stuck with them. Stay away from Coldwell Banker Realty, they are affilliated covertly with Safeguard Properties LLC , not to mention they are sharing your information with Safeguard Properties to try an steal your property, too bad Mellissa picked the wrong house, now it will be my turn to deal with these terrible realtors that are preying on young homeowners.

Our customer service department has reached out and provided Mr. ****** with contact information of who he needs to contact to discuss this matter further.

They marked my home as vacant/abandoned when I still reside in my home. They are set to come and change my locks in 7 days. I have already spoke to this company informing them I still live here but they keep coming back.
