Was in no hurry to replace hot water tank . 19 days to do the job . I got another plumber to replace tank following day .I repeatedly called them but it would go to voicemail and they NEVER returned my call.Plumber came out 6 days after they were called by American Home Shield my warranty company.I accepted a additional $425.00 non covered parts the day the plumber came out ad it would still be 13 more days to come out as they texted me the day they were FINALLY AVAILABLE.

Wouldn't answer my call wouldn't even answer when the warranty company called for me to get an appointment scheduled had to have the warranty company cancel the request and redo it to get a different company to come out

Terrible customer service. Originally came to fix Kitchen faucets. I was told they needed to order parts. I was told to call for follow up appointment. I called 6 times and left messages but never got a call back. This company is absolutley horrible im going to contact the better business Bureau.,

Been waiting a month for installation of water tank. Can't answer their phone and leaving messages everyday. They won't return calls.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service and communication. They were assigned by my home warranty company for a non working toilet. The first visit, the plumber stood at the toilet, flushed it 10 times and said it was fine. He did not want to entertain my questions. A couple days later, non working again. Same plumber came out and said that now I need a new toilet. He would put it in and someone would get back to me. No one ever did. They just randomly made an appointment for install on a Wednesday from 12p-6p. I arranged my work day to be home. Plumber NEVER showed up. No one ever contacted me to reschedule. I called Fazio repeatedly and left voicemails. Never received a return call. Called HSA my warranty company and they could not get a hold of them either. Finally, a week later, had another appoinment with an 8a-2p window. Plumber showed up at 2:22pm and was completely unprofressionaly in appearance and attitude. I proceeded to ask about a faint smell and snaking my drain. The answer was no. Digusting company that doesn't care. I will be calling a REAL plumber.

This is the absolute laziest company I have ever dealt with. AHS really needs to check over the contractors they use. Called AHS on a Monday about a stopped up pipe. Fazio did not come out till Friday. Then they were very rude and kept saying my boss needs me to leave. This was after 10 minutes of actual work. They told me that my pipe was collapse and there was nothing that they could do but quote a replacement. I called a REAL PLUMBER out to run a camera down the pipe. SUPRISE there was a blockage in the line which they also cleaned out. My best advice to anyone reading this is stay far away from the hacks at Fazio drain and plumbing. If AHS schedules them ask for a different contractor. Fazio is simply worthless, rude and has no clue about plumbing. Zero stars only because you cannot give negative.

Employees are as rude and the owner. Joe is the rudest service provider I have ever encountered.the job was assigned to them through American Home Shield. They came spent 10 minutes trying to snaked the wrong drain and marked the job as completed. Drain is still backing up. When I reported the job as uncoupled to American home shield Joe just called and yelled at me and hang up the call.

If I could give a negative star review I would. Joe is the rudest person I have ever encountered. He was assigned my job through American Home Shield. They never contacted me to schedule the appointment they just made one. Had to reschedule 3 times because they scheduled not at times I selected. When he finally arrived I asked why they didn't call and he said "we don't have time to call people". I advised I was trying to explain the issue before they got here and called multiple times. He then yelled at me said he wasn't going to do anything for me and you customers are always like this while storming out and driving away!

Stay FAR away from Fazio Sewer and Plumbing. They are rude, incompetent and unresponsive. I should have trusted all the other terrible reviews. Fazio Sewer and Plumbing was the contractor assigned to us by ******** **** ****** to fix a stopped toilet and bathtub. The guy from Fazio decided to try snaking through the bathroom sink, though that was not part of the problem, and got his snake stuck. He cut off the snake and simply drove off, leaving his broken snake in our sink. Not only did he not even address the toilet and bathtub issue that he was called down for, he broke our sink, leaving us with much bigger problems. We spoke to a few plumbers since who all agreed that the guy from fazio was quite incompetent and caused us hundreds of dollars in damages. Fazio hasn't responded to our calls and messages for over a week, and we are probably looking at major work needing to break through walls and floors to get their snake out.

Unprofessional, rude. AHS assigned Fazio Pluming to a water heater issue. I proactively sent pictures and 3 days later Joe (I believe the owner) shows up to diagnose, going through AH he said it would take up to 10 days to replace heater but If I paid him direct he could install it the next day. I asked him for a formal quote, and after many emails back and forth he refused to give me details for what I was buying so I canceled and his response was to lie in his report back to AHS and claim that the wear and tear on some of the other times (non-water heater) are not normal and so not covered. This is a direct quote from his email "Don’t need your smart ass comments and I don’t need your business. Our phone rings off hook with customers willing to pay fair rates without thinking they’re entitled to negotiate discount to point it’s almost free." in response of me asking for details about about why he can't provide details to what I'm buying.
