    I want to start with what they did well, they were able to get us in for an appointment very quickly and their communication with my husband during the appoint was good. The issue came when i went to pick our car. My husband had sent me over the quote for proposed services. We ultimately just ended up doing the oil change at that time. However on the quote it was listed that the oil change would be $20. I figured it was low but that there must have been a deal going on. When i went to get the car and pay, they informed me it $118.84 after a $10 discount the service person applied(this was prior to anything about the quote being brought up). I then told the worker this was higher than i was expecting as the quote listed it as $20. He got defensive and started saying that it wasn’t that price. I pulled up the quote and he verified he did in fact send the quote to my husband and that he did not know why that was there and would not and could not honor their quoted price because “they would be loosing so much money”. I explained i understood however i did not send the quote for the price. He kept getting more dismissive of what i was saying proceeding with $20 doesn’t even cover the DEF fluid, the oil itself was $60 dollars. I tried being reasonable and i mentioned i saw that online there was a promotion for $69 dollar oil change. He then instantly shut it down stating that it was for 5 liters of oil and ours was 6 and ours was a diesel and more expensive. He at no point apologized for the misquoted information. I told him i would pay but that i found it unacceptable that they would not work at all with me after they messed up the quote. After his dismissive behavior and how he spoke to me and the fact he never spoke to my husband in that manner, i can assume it is because i am a woman. It is unacceptable that this occurred and have attached the documents showing the proof of this claim and error. We also discovered that one of our hub caps was never put back on either
