      Ordered a trailer hitch for my 2017 Pilot it was out of stock they had to get it from separate warehouse I guess still got my order in less then 2 weeks ??

      I ordered a part for my 2013 Honda Crosstour 3.5L V6 on the 17th of November 2021, Order Number is 07-07881-66687. My order was received on the 19th of November 2021. I went to my auto mechanic to show him,he told me it was a wrong part I ordered. This part was ordered from E Bay which this company uses, There is a money back guarantee for this part. I sent several emails to the company via Ebay,but nothing was done. They later sent me an email to ship it back which I already did . I got an email from them telling -me my refund will take 7-14 business days to reflect in my bank account. I paid $879.70 for this part. I requsted someone to sign for it ,Mr. Z. Freeman signed for it on December 9th 2021. I talked to someone after 14 days,only to tell me ,they are waiting for E-Bay to authorized the refund. I have not get my full refund after over 2 months up till now. They are keeping my part and my money. It's an horrible company! Help me on how I can get my money back please.

      Part was received damaged. I immediately emailed a photo of the damaged part on 11/28. The email was not responded to. I left a voicemail around 12/1 which was not returned.

      I ordered a part on 09/28/2021, have not received yet. I sent an email-no reply and order haven’t shipped out yet. Communication is terrible with this company. I will never order and don’t recommend anyone else if it is not a stock item!!!

      Terrible. I was invoiced immediately & they were paid, but over a month later there has been no e-mail confirmation of the order and no parts delivered. They do not respond to e-mails or phone calls.

      I received the wrong item. No one will ever answer email or phone to rectify. Their website says to contact them and I’ve sent 4 emails and left 4 voicemail messages over two weeks. Horrible customer service. They have been banned from selling on ****** due to complaints. I wish I’d read that before ordering from them.

      Same experience as all of the others. Not a single returned call, not a single e-mail. Nothing, including the parts I thought were ordered. I have notified PayPal. Been over two weeks since they took my money.

      This is the second time I order from this company, I like to be fair and give second chances. It's been over two weeks and I checked the shipping status on my order and it continues to say ready to be shipped. On your email/receipt it should give you an ETA but it does not! This is the last time I will be purchasing from this company. I don't know how they are still up and running. This place should be shut down! I don't know how I can't write a Google review on this business! They claim on their website they have a 4.4/5, that is obviously manipulated! Someone needs to investigate them!

      In reply to the company's response to my review left on February 15, 2021 they wrote: "We're sorry to hear about this customer's experience! Although rare, mistakes do happen, and we're sorry they received the wrong part the first time around. The correct one was sent out right away with priority, however, and all is well"- You are publicly lying to your potential future customers. "Sent out right away with priority" is NOT equivalent to you actually sending this as FIRST CLASS mail. I specifically requested that this part be sent out as PRIORITY CLASS mail and I was even willing to pay for the upgraded postage fee. After reading other reviews, it seems like 90% of the other customers have had this same exact problem with your business- you send the wrong parts, cheap parts, and hope that the customer doesn't notice. When we notice, you stop answering the phone and emails and make it difficult to get the product we paid for during the timeline promised. Keep in mind this has nothing to do with postal service delays- it is the manner in which your company operates. Future buyers, beware.
