I was suppose to start this lawn service with my lawn being aerated and was sent a text the day before not to have dogs out in the yard. That was ok but no time when they would be there. I know I did not have to be home but I have a watering system and I told them that and wanted to be there to talk to them, There should have been I time window to when they were coming. I called a 8 Am to see if I could get a time and they told me they could not. So I waited all day and called them at 3:45 to see what was going on and talked to Brad the guy the signed me up and said he would check and call me right back. I waited over 15 minutes and then I ended up calling him. He told me that he was just going to call me. Started telling me that he had no control and the guys did not have phones. Well if that was the case how did he call him to find out where he was. Next he said he can't control how long his guys talk to the customer. I said that I understood that but should have called to say he was running late. I just feel that I could not work with a company if they did not have control on what was going on. So I told him I did not think we could do business and he said ok real quick and did not care about my complaint and just said ok bye. I just hope this is not how they treat everyone. I hope people read this before going into business with them.

If you are looking for a company that you have to constantly chase to do the work that they promised to do and when you finally get them to come out, they do a horrible job then this company is for you! Absolutely zero pride in their work. They don't come out when they say they will, their work is garbage, and they love to give you the runaround. Find a different company.

NO STAR. We agreed to 6 applications . After third application we expressed our disappointment with Andrew (person assigned) and got a response saying to give it some time to take effect. That was the only reason why we did not cancel the service. Fifth application we again expressed our disappointment since we have not seen any improvement. Surprisingly this March we got a bill for an application done. Called the company and was told this auto renews which was never discussed. Woman we spoke to said it' s at the bottom of the receipt. We looked at the receipt the only thing we saw was a one liner starting with word "Thank you" and was typed/printed over making it unreadable. We have all six receipts and they all look the same. Thinking maybe this was printed this was purposely? Now they insist on us to pay $45.38 for unauthorized service.

I have used this company for over 5 years and I am very happy. I just hired them for my mothers home this year. Keep up the good work.
