We use Visiting Angels for my Mom. They are very good to her. They assist with her shower, get her breakfast and do light housework. It a load off me and my siblings. We have had Visiting Angels for several years and it puts our minds at ease.Visiting Angels Response

Been using Visiting Angels since Mom was in the hospital. Mom has recovered but we will continue service because she loves the companionship. Her Angel, Karen helps her get dressed if needed, gets her breakfast and lunch and keeps her company. Mom looks forward to her visit ever week.Review from Juliann S

Our caregiver is excellent and gets along so well with my husband. She helps me feel at ease when I leave for the day. My only slight issues have been with office staff when I called about paperwork in the beginning of our relationship with Visiting Angels. I was told that the papers would be mailed to me, but they never were, and I ended up going to their office to pick them up in person.Review from Larry B

I wanted to take a moment to sing the praises of a service my mother has benefited tremendously from. The care and kindness she has received has literally “put a skip back in her step” that had been missing for awhile. I have used others in the plastic and let’s just say, they cannot hold a candle to Visiting Angels. We’ve had problems with other services like the complete lack of professionalism etc. Tess, my original was super. She was informative, and educated, and even helped us source “Military” benefits that sure made it a “No Brainer” and greatly relieved ours families anxiety. Thanks Tess and Visiting Angels. I used Visiting Angels for several months. The first few months were wonderful. We had Carol and she was great with my mom. Then Carol was assigned to someone else and some of the care givers that came to the home were horrible. I have cameras in the home and everyone knew I did. Between sleeping on the couch, going through my personal items, in the kitchen on their cell phone while my mom was in the shower by herself and other concerns. There were also times the care giver did not show up or was late. Because of COVID it was difficult to find another company however I did and am very happy with the new company.Review from Bob N
