On their website it says their BBB rating is A+, just out of curiosity I check it and it is all 1-star reviews. I would not trust them and now I can't sign up for automatic payment anymore. I need to complain to my utility company, hopefully they can do something about it.

i have enrolled with this company because is the only way to auto pay with First energy illuminating company.I have set up an account and tried to make it work 3-4 times they did not get the money to pay my bills and I was almost disconnected every month from power because of that.I had to pay with a credit card ,pay fees for that,or call the Illuminating and pay through the phone which is a big hassle.Also I did not get any notice that my payments does not go through. now I have called ************ **** paid my bill and canceled Direct payment plan and opted for paper billing..Horrible experience.Direct Payment Plan Response

I am sorry for your experience. We are only authorized to enroll customers in Direct Payments. All bill processing is handled directly by your biller. We do not have any authority regarding bill processing. All enrollments are securely delivered to your biller and it is their responsibility to integrate them into their bill processing system.
