    Cinci Sweeps recently worked on my chimney addressing the crown, brickwork, mortar, flue liner and firebox and did and outstanding job. Their work was professional with exceptional craftsmanship, particularly with the mortar. The attention to detail was impressive throughout the project leaving me confident in the durability and quality of their repairs. The team was prompt, courteous, and took care to ensure everything was done to a high standard to include clean up. I highly recommend Cinci Sweeps for any chimney work you need.     I cannot say enough good things about Russ and Robert at Cinci Sweeps. We've had them to the house twice and both experiences have been top-notch. You'd be hard-pressed to find a company with better customer service. Each piece of work they do is clearly explained and when there are choices, the options and their pros-and-cons are described clearly. Russ can send out text message and email reminders to confirm your appointment and to alert you when they are en route. Finally, I really appreciate how neat and tidy they are, cleaning wherever they work, both inside and outside. I would not hesitate to recommend Cinci Sweeps to anyone for inspections, cleaning and reconstruction.

    Russell and Robert do incredible work. Their workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail is simply outstanding. We have had several bad experiences with chimney cleaning companies in the past, so it was such a relief to finally find an outfit we can comfortably say will have our business for as long as we are in our home! A+++!
