I had remodeled my kitchen and wanted to reinstall a new kitchen faucet. With new counter tops asked Mr.******************** what size hole to put. He told me 1. When tops were installed that is what was cut out. I called and scheduled an appt. And ordered a new faucet. That day got a call from the service man. (Mr. ******************** son) and said he was sick. Week later I had to call to get them to come out. When he came out he had the wrong faucet color, had to leave twice to go get supplies. Had to come back the next day to finish. He hooked up my ice maker. It leaked on my new floor. I shut it off and had my contractor fix. His son told me that he would have his dad order me the correct faucet. Called a month later and Mr. ******************** knew nothing. He told me he would order. Here it is 2 months later and I have not heard from him. BTW the hole Mr. ******************** recommended to install is to big and now the faucet is very lose. During the service call my water was never tested. Very disappointed in this company. I do not recommend them.
