I was interested in the vehicle and would like to proceed. At that time, I was told that I should go home get on the website and fill out the application For financing through their website. At this time, I did so. I waited around for a little while and never heard a response back so I drove back to the dealership. He said that he did not see my application and at that time pull it up. He ran my application and was approved through multiple different lending companies. He then explained what my payments would be with a certain percentage of money down. At that time, I told him I would have to go and get the down payment. When I left, he called me and said he had good news that another lender had called with a better rate. This was good news to me. I explained to him that I would be back and I had to get the down payment. He said That would be fine. I left so I could get my finances in order and come back with the down payment. I spoke to him on the phone to assure him that I was up there and that it wouldnt be long because I was just transferring money. He said no problem we will be here. I returned about 40 minutes later To find he was in the process of selling the vehicle to somebody else. He told me that they had came in and offered cash. Then he proceeded to tell me it was first come first serve. If that was the case, I had already ran my credit and put a hard inquiry on my credit. I explained to him I was going to get the down payment. And the man on the phone. His attitude was he could care less. Clearly, it was all because the other customer had cash. I buy lots of vehicles and I will never buy a vehicle from this place. That is not good business practice. If theyre going to pull something like that, who knows what else that they would try to pull.

I purchased a car from RAM MOTORS at the end of June 2023 and in August 2023 it broke down and I had to replace head bc it cracked along with the head gasket and much more i paid over 2500.00 two months after buying this car. Finally got my car back and on monday November 20th, 2023 the engine blew so i am now looking at $4k+ on just an engine not counting repairs. This is a nightmare im now stuck with a loan and no car. the need to be held accountable. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wad lied to about my car I was told the only rust i had on my car was on my rocker panels.so I take it to ********* to get a oil change and to check the allinment on my car they put it on the rack to find out my whole sub fame is completely rusted out and has holes in it. Contacted ***** at the dealer he started getting very angry with me and didn't wanna help I told him I wanted to keep my car I just wanted to have help with some of the expense I was quoted it could run up to **** dollars I asked for at least **** dollars he said NO I give 200 dollars no more. That car should have never left the lot I was told it was a great car no PROBLEMS no rust on the Frame WELL THATS NOT THE **** he asked me.why did I even take it to ********* in the first place all I wanted to do was take sure the car was in good maintenance shape I like to keep my car up and running that's all.he told.me that was.my first mistake wastaking it there they DONT KNIW WHAT THEY ARS DOING THERE.so he started getting very angry with me so I said I'm gonna record you with my phone then he just blew up at me YELLING. The deals off the deals off you record me the deals off ..first we never had a deal..he said I would take the car back I said no I love my car I've wanted that car for years I just wanted it fixed. I said I'm not I'm keeping it SO I REPLIED SO YOU CAN SELL IT TO ANOTHER PERSON WITH THE ***** he then replied MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS illdo what I want with the car it's MY BUSINESS.All this for trying to help with a little assistance on paying for something that I was told there was nothing wrong and putting me and my family in danger with a almost broken frame on a car. He also told me I should have crawled under the car and looked for myself if I didn't believe him in this case I SHOULD HAVE but that what's u get for taking a person word
