I had originally towed my **** *** **** *** to blust for a intermittent fuel delivery issue. My trucks has been dieing while at speed. Any speed, 25mph, 65mph, etc. I had told the lead mechanic what i wanted fixed and what i knew was wrong. He then came back to me with a $2600 price tag and list of problems. I approved 1600 of some of the said repairs. On the acknowledgement from the Lead mechanic these were causing my problems. Well the day the released it back to me i had opted to leave another night because i wasnt satisfied with a particular repair. It was brushed off and they made me pick up the truck next day. 24hrs into having it back it had failed the same way it did for the original reason to be towed. So it was misdiagnosed. I had it towed back to them. They diagnosed again. Used a 1/4 of tank of diesel in this inflated gas market. Said it was throwing a camshaft position sensor and fixed it. No cost released it back to me. Well 48hr into having it back it had died the same way while at speed on a highway. Losing all power assist features. I had it towed yet again to them saying it still has the fuel delivery issue. They diagnose again and get back a camshaft sensor code. They tell me "the first piece sensor we replaced with was used" (i had not been aware of a used sensor). Swapped with a new cam sensor and released back to me. The lead mechanic joe told me, "we dont know whats wrong. Dont bring it back to us. Take it to ford". Within 24hr of having it back it had died on me. I had towed it yet again. This would make the 4th time over 3 weeks i had it towed to them. For the same issue they keep saying was fixed from the initial diagnosis. Now after the 4th tow. They diagnosed and found it had a melted injector wiring harness and valve cover gasket. Wanting another $900 dollars. I called them irrate. They have since refused my business and wont fix the issue or compensate.
