Great company to work with. I am a Superintendent for a commercial general contractor so work with a lot of contractors and hired Warner Roofing for my own house. The best contractor I have dealt with. Clean quality work and fast. Also great communication.

We can not emphasize enough how great Warner was! Our roof had prior damage that was causing leaks and before even scheduling our roof and finalizing initial payment, someone was sent out same day to cover it to avoid any further damage.The communication throughout is clear, quick, and you are never left with questions about what is being done or when. The crew was professional, on time, and did a fantastic job cleaning up after. Pricing was fair and much more reasonable than many other companies. We had a bit of struggle with another company since January. After we sent them on their way, Bryan, Jill, and crew came to the rescue. Throughout the process, they answered questions quickly and completely, had great attention to detail, and ensured that we were satisfied with the quality of the job. They also did the job for what the insurance company said they would pay. No games. It was about 2 weeks from the first time that I chatted with Bryan until the job was done. We love the new roof. From start to finish Warner is everything you read about on the about us section of their website to the glowing reviews. Stop your search and hire them. For 24 years my wife and I had yet to receive the quality and professionalism we experienced with Warner and it doesn't stop with Bryan, Jill and Bryanna. The crew was very professional the entire time and the clean up was excellent and well above my expectations. A great experience all around!Review from Todd J

On behalf of the entire ******* ********* Church family, we can’t say enough how great of a job Warner Roofing did in replacing our existing roof. Our building is comprised of 4 main areas of construction dating back from the early 1960’s to the most recent phase that was built in 2008. Warner was able to not only bring ever part of our facility’s roof into unified alignment, but they also corrected years of patching and replacement that showed variations in code compliance and wear and tear. At all levels from initial consultation to job completion they were professional, clear in communication, and transparent about every level of repair that was necessary. We are thankful for their commitment to excellence in customer service, quality craftsmanship, and honest personal character that made a working relationship feel like family. We cannot recommend them more and look forward to an ongoing working relationship with them in the future…should those needs ever arise. ******************** and crew did a professional job from start to finish. **** answered multiple questions and kept me informed of dates and times during the project and until the job was completed. The crew worked diligently and efficiently throughout the course of the project making sure all nails and debris was deposed of properly.
