Totally agree with the other person who left a review- Do not use this company. They can respond and try to put the nlame on the customers, their house, blah, blah, blah. No reputable company would do that. We used them after getting a quote through ouri insurance company when a huge tree fell on our home. The roofing team did great, but the team that put on the gutters was the worst I could imagine. They would work a little and then claim they had to leave to respond to an emergency. I was given this excuse 4 times. It took 3 trips just to put about 15 feet of gutters and 2 downspouts on the front of my home. After the second trip I advised that they were leaking and was told they had to seal them, which they did......with silicone caulk that is used on bathtubs/showers. There are gaps at the ends (gutters were too short) and the gutters are not level so they are not draining and continue to leak. I wasn't sure how bad it was till we hired someone to inspect it. The project manager begged me to let them make it right and I applaud him for that, but there was no way I would allow these people on my property again. My neighbors even asked me these guys were professional contractors becausethey were seen just sittingin my driveway when I wasn't home. We left a voicemail for the owner ******************* when we finally got a **** but he didn't respond. Pay the extra money for professional installers with a well known company that will do it right.

We would like to be perfect 100% of the time, but it s not always possible. In this instance, we had an (ex) employee issue and offered to send in another team to fix the gutters, once we found out about the problem. All our work is warrantied and we certainly are not running away from the responsibilities, hence asking to allow us to come in and fix our mistake.

Stay Away. We hired Casualty Restorations on the recommendation of our insurance company after a condensation pipe burst causing water damage to our garage ceiling. They were recommended by ************************** The project started July 2 and took 7 weeks. The ceiling still looks awful. The team sent out were incompetent. They said they could get it all done in one day mud, sand, and paint, which Ive never heard of for drywall repair. At first, they didnt hang plastic to reduce drywall dust on our things. They cut out small portions of the drywall and then attempted to patch in new pieces instead of removing larger areas and replacing with larger sheets of drywall. They said they were not authorized to cut out any additional drywall. They used so much mud there was no way to ever get the ceiling flat and smooth. They dripped white ceiling paint on the gray walls. We complained to our contact at Casualty Restoration who came out to look at the unevenness of the ceiling 2 weeks later. He sent out another drywaller. The new drywaller worked on it for 4 more days. You can still see waves in the ceiling and outlines where they patched. We have since asked our contact for the owners name and phone number to discuss the shoddy workmanship and payment. Instead of providing this information, or asking the owner to call us, he threatened to put a lien on our house and file a lawsuit against us. He said they have a loss on this project. Its not our fault he used unskilled drywallers and painters. We have explained this to our insurance company and asked them to remove Casualty Restoration from their list of recommended vendors. Stay away from this company.

We are sorry Mrs. ******* and ******************* are unhappy with the repairs. We did indeed make many attempts to sand and finish the drywall ceiling of the garage to the couple's satisfaction, but in a large, two-car garage in an older home, waves and dips in the drywall transfer from the wood joists, and imperfections are inevitable. As an insurance-repair specialist, we are recommended by a large number of insurance companies, and have successfully completed hundreds of similar repairs for satisfied customers in our nineteen year history. The workers on this project have been with Casualty Restoration Services, LLC for fourteen years, and nineteen years respectively, and the final inspection was completed by a project manager with 25 years industry experience. To become a recommended contractor for this insurance company and many others, we must demonstrate ongoing quality workmanship, professional communication, financial stability, and our personnel must complete comprehensive background checks. The scenario depicted here is not accurate and this review was generated five weeks after the completion of the project and after the owner was advised we cannot negotiate the amount of the insurance deductible. The deductible is established by the insurance company.
