      This real estate company is the biggest scam I have ever come across. You will pay premium prices for the most mediocre properties in the area. The only reason they can charge this much is because they are developing a monopoly in the city of Oxford. If you call them for a problem on your property, it will not get fixed for at least 3 weeks. They take advantage of their customers which consist primarily of young college students.10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

      Last year, ****** and his nine fraternity brothers lived in our beautiful, highly sought after stone Tudor home located at ***************** ************************************************. When he and his fraternity brothers moved out they were assessed for all of the damages they caused to this home. Examples of these charges included: replacing 11 broken windows, rebuilding four original historical doors; over $3,000 worth of damage to the downspouts and slate roof of the home due to them climbing and being on the roof; the replacement of flooring throughout the home in which they permanently stained, burned, and dropped gum on; the professional removal of graffiti they had painted on the windows and homes stone faade; repainting the interior of the home where beer had been splattered and was dripping down the walls; repairing the walls where they were punched or people were pushed into; hiring a licensed plumber to dig out the broken beer bottle glass and caps from the basement floor drains; removal of numerous broken pieces of furniture throughout the home that required several trips with a dump truck; the clean-up of excessive garbage inside and outside of the home; the tedious and time consuming removal of broken beer bottle glass pieces and caps imbedded in the yard surrounding the home from hundreds of beer bottles that were thrown against the house; and to clean the home that had never been cleaned the entire year they lived there. This year, ****** and seven of his fraternity brothers live in another one our rental properties. Since he is currently living there, I can not provide the address or weblink. However, I can say that this property is in a prime location within a block from campus and uptown. Due to its highly visible location, the City of Oxford Property Code Enforcer is constantly notifying us that they are in violation of the City of Oxford Housing Codes. These violations include excessive garbage in the yard and prohibited upholstered furniture on the porch or in the yard. In turn, we notify them of these violations and highly recommend a plan of action in order to prevent them from being fined or cited by the City of Oxford. Since we also risk being cited we do let them know that if they dont rectify the violation themselves, then we will be forced to do it and if that happens they will be charged accordingly.We can only surmise that ******* negative review of our business must stem from both the charges that he and his housemates received for damages to the house they rented from us last year as well as the repeated notices from us about lease violations for the house they are living in this year. His negative review was posted the same day we notified them of their fourth lease violation this school year. It appears this fourth notice must have upset him and he believes we are being a helicopter landlord and these notices are annoying and an inconvenience to them. To the contrary, we are the messenger providing these notices in good faith in order to help prevent them from being fined by the City of Oxford or charged by us if we have to fix the problem. Its important to note that ****** and his fraternity brothers have always rectified the violations themselves and they have not been cited by the City of Oxford or charged by us. Finally, in regards to the washing machine, ****** did notify us that their washing machine was not working. Upon inspection, it was uncovered that an over-sized comforter had been put in the washing machine and it popped open the top lid during the washing cycle and broke the lid latch. We did have to order a new lid latch. We received the new lid latch eight days later and it was installed into their washer the day we received it.
