Too bad I only get so many characters to write my review!. This is not a great place to live, they definitely don’t fix anything, they lie about it being fix. Everything is a charge that they make up, that’s not in your lease. They do not work with you, always an attitude. They just collect the money outside of that nothing else matters. If you have another option to live somewhere else I pray you go with the other option. I have emails and text messages of the level of unprofessional that I have experienced there. I always look at reviews before going to a place and I seen some good and some bad. I wish I had the opportunity to speak to the people who stayed at one of Bbrents properties. If you have time speak with someone about their experience, they are the worst EVER!Bed & Breakfast Property Management, Inc. Response

Tenants have ways to contact us if they have questions about their accounts. We try to make arrangements with tenants when they are unable to meet their financial obligations per their lease. Hi, My name is ****** ***** and I have rented from BBRENTS for 6 years now. Previously, I had written a negative review on here that I wish to retract after receiving more information and give them a proper review that I believe they have earned so that everyone considering renting from BBRENTS can have the proper information that they deserve to make the proper choice for themselves. I, wrongly it turns out, stated in my erroneous review that my rent was recently raised $130/month. That is inaccurate. It was only half of that. And this was the only reason I didn’t give BBRENTS the glowing review that they truly deserve. My property manager, Sabrina was there for me when times got tough for me and she rightfully could have let me go. But she didn’t. Instead, she lined up a crew of people with big hearts, led by her inspector Chuck, and they helped to get me up off my feet and henceforth have been a tremendous support system for me. I am forever indebted and grateful that God put them in my life. BBRENTS is a professional organization run by good people who GSD.. I have been renting from BB Rents since 2018, so 6 years now, mainly because real state property is so high and I hate packing and moving. They respond to repairs in a timely manner mostly but they do quick unproductive fixs that need redone a year or so later. or they make the situation worst. Recently I called to just get a drip fixed in my upstairs bathroom tube. The tech just flip the handle backwards. Now hot is cold and up is off. By the time I got home from work less than an hour after he left, Water was dripping consistently in the utility closet and before 8pm the whole ceiling started leaking in multiple places the same room. This was Friday 7/26/24 and I was told a tech would be out today (Monday 7/29/24). I come home and not a soul has come to fix anything and the ceiling is getting worst and I still have to use buckets and lots of blanks to contain the water.Bed & Breakfast Property Management, Inc. We appreciate you letting us know that the issue was not resolved. According to the Maintenance Manager, the maintenance department is working to resolve the issue and has been back to the property since we received this notification. We ask that tenants contact the maintenance department or email *********************************************************** if there is an issue they are not finding resolution with. Thank you.
