            If I could give this man 0 stars I would, we had our liner put in and used for 1 summer. When we took off the cover this year to open we had found the liner had a small leak somewhere. We couldn’t find it ourselves and so we had called them to come out and take a look. He told me he wanted a picture before he would even consider coming out, I thought that was pointless but whatever and a picture was sent. Once he received the picture he stated yeah I can’t tell anything from this. As we had told him multiple times was going to happen. The liner was still under warranty from labor & manufacture. He had stated no it’s not under warranty it’s been 3 years, mind you we haven’t even owned this home for 3 years so I am not sure how that makes any sense. He kept telling me he wasn’t going to even come look at it that it wasn’t his problem. I then got upset and frustrated, once I was upset he told me you know what I don’t like your attitude i’m not doing nothing for you. I wouldn’t trust this

            BEWARE! Do not hire this company. One of the worst experiences I have ever had when hiring a contactor. The owner is dishonest and does not follow through with any conversation. So many attempts made on my behalf to resolve the issues that I eventually had to hire a different company to make repairs. BEWARE!

            Thank you for the review. As mentioned on our call ... this was not a labor warranty as you are outside of our one season labor warranty (purchased in 2021) As mentioned we could take a look but I did not have a timeframe when we spoke. Sorry we could not meet your immediate expectation as we had no openings and nothing scheduled in you area until mid October. As for the repair ... if it was a bad seam the manufacturer would be of help (you have the warranty card with their info on it) and if leaking anywhere else or in your plumbing that would be your responsibility and you would have had to pay us as well. Sounds like you are mad because we wouldn't do your job for free. Because we do not accept a job if someone calls we are dishonest and a bad company? The world we live in today is crazy if that is your honest thoughts.
