I received an email on June 1st saying my appointment is for June 6th 2023 between 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm , I received a text message this morning June 5th 2023 saying that my appointment is for today between 12:00 - 4:00 pm, I replied back saying email says its for June 6th, anyway I canceled another appointment outside my home to be here for D & P Plumbing Inc. the time frame that I was given had passed, I never heard back from anyone, so I sent a message back to that phone number where I received the text from this morning at 9:07 am, saying the time frame has passed and no one has gotten to me, the reply was, Plumber is stuck on a sewer main break, I mention me cancelling my appointment so I could be here for the plumber, the plumber replied back saying: Look we said that we would give you a thirty minute call prior to arrival, so I didn't have to seat at home: I did, cause first of all my email message say appointment was for tomorrow, to get an text saying its for today, I better take today. I confirmed an appointment for today: for No One to show up or have the Decency to reach back out to Me to say may need to reschedule, when I mentioned to the plumber Time Is Money, his reply was get another plumber, he was getting very unprofessional, I said that I would blast him on Social Media he calm down, my Home Warranty Association picked D & P Plumbing Inc. I didn't . I wouldn't give you a one star rating , but if need to get that for my post to be posted, then have at it.D & P Plumbing Inc. Response

We have had no interaction with this customer other than a text . If we were at this persons home and the same issue came up we would not leave them stranded with no sewer . This customer has a home warranty and they think they are the only person in the world . We can not leave a customer home with a broken sewer ! This person did not care about any one but themselves. This person has no idea who I am or how my work is and to just think you can defame a person just because he/she is trying to help another person before they can get to you is just terrible . We did tell customer to call there warranty ** and get a different contractor only after they text ** very nasty and rude ! Telling me to * **** !!! We have laws in this state calked defamation of character! I think its high time we start using these laws ! Selfish people go no place in this world ! We apologized and kept getting nasty text even after we asked the person to stop texting us ! Again ,we have had no personal contact ,or ever been to this persons home we were stuck on a job as plumbers do very often get. this person also threatened to blast me on social media ! And for what for having morals !!! I hope I see it in social media . Im definitely going to start suing people who think they can just smear people because they did not get there way ! I truly wish I could post the texts they sent !Customer Response

It's sad that D& P can't stand in their truth, You're right you've never been to my home. I was scheduled for you to come within a time frame, the time had expired. I reached out to D&P Plumbling saying my time frame had expired and no one has been to my home, you had a smart remark with me saying that you was still at some one's home, you got indignant when I said no one with D& P Plumbling had the DECENCY to contact me saying that you're working on a issue that was bigger than one you could handle in an certain amount of time. I never thought me and my home warranty are the only people in the world, but with my home warranty your business is on the list, I didn't choose you, you were assigned to me. You failed me.You kept texting me, I was done with you yesterday, you texted me this morning, I did say * you this morning because I thought I was done talking with you yesterday. I blocked your number to keep from going back and forth with your unprofessional self. Just like you said. I wish I can post the text you sent me. I laughed at the part when you said that you have morals, if every job was IMPORTANT, I shouldn't had to reach back out to D&P to see if some were still going to get to me because the time frame I was given had EXPIRED. EXPIRED means DEAD. I was trying to see how my issue was going to work out and it didn't. I can put you on social media not saying nothing about your work but you're not guarantee to show up. That's not a lie and you're not guarantee to give a COURTESY CALL about it EITHER,Review from J. H.

D and P Plumbing installed our Water Heater System. Although D and P Plumbing was working for a ********************** we still had to pay $365. Just four years later, we had no hot water. We called a different plumber to tell us exactly why we had no not water with the possibly of replacing products that would fix our water heater. We were told that the installer of our water heater did not properly tighten the pipe/nipple securely and there was a very slow leak. This leak caused a lot of corrosion on top of our water heater. (Who looks at the water heater once it's in?) We were told that the corrosion, was most likely inside the water heater as well. We could "fix" our current water heater by having the parts replaced, but there is no guarantee that the replacement parts would be effective, due to possible corrosion inside the water heater. I called *** @ D and P ********, told him of the situation, and sent him a picture of the corrosion on top of our water heater. He replied, "I didn't do that!" We ended up replacing our water heater. This customer has a flex line with a rubber o-ring much like you would find in a common garden hose . After being installed with no leaks for 4 years she calls me up and says another plumber says iit is my fault that the water heater connection is leaking . Tells her I did not tighten it up ! But for 4yrs it had no problems with leaking . It was also on the HOT SIDE of the water heater and most likely it was corroded because of the hot water hardness . We see corroded fittings all the time from hot water hardness. The plumber that was out was looking to make a fast buck and ** sure told her what ever they could to replace that water heater . With that said we dont use braided lines to connect water heaters thats why I told her we did not install that line . After I told her that she just simply said fine ! And the next time I hear from her is the above review. Rubber corrodes ,copper will corrode in fact all types of fittings will corrode over years of use depending on the hardness of your water system. Be smart people actually know when your being scammed and when your not ! This lady could have simply asked me to come take a look at it and we would have been happy to do so . Instead she calls up blaming us for the issue and not realizing that the connection was fine for 4 yrs with no leaks so whom ever did it did a good job ! The plumber thst told her it was not tight to begin with should not have a license to plumb in the first place if that was his diagnosisCustomer Response

No one else installed or "messed with" our hot water heater. Not being properly tightened, could indeed, cause such erosion on the top of our water heater. It was a very, very slow leak. I wish I could send you a picture. The outside top was corroded, and the corrosion did get into the inside as well. I stand by my complaint. If *** would have said, yes, we installed your hot water heater and offered to come out and look at it, this would be a totally different story. To say, "I didn't do that!!!" is not a professional response. Deniability.
