Jones the plumber llc sent a plumber out to clean out the main drain..rental property and Mike the owner was told the clean out was in the bathroom. The plumber goes in the basement and unplugs the main drain and human crap goes all over the floor along with toilet paper and all kinds of human debris. The plumber calls me and said I still have clog in the basement. He said theirs crap everywhere. I said why did you open up the basement drain? I ask you guys to go through the stack.. I ask him if he was going to clean it up and he said no. I told him I have good tenants living there. He said we dont clean up, I didn't understand. The plumber said I'm leaving it this way. I said no way ..he just hung up. I text the owner Mike Jones told him his plumber left a bunch of crap in the basement. He ask me what I said to his plumber? He said his plumber quit. I text him back and told him I'm contacting the health board. He ask me if I needed the number to heath board. The tenants had to vacate the building.. For the night. I also have to hire someone to clean up the crap.
