            On September 28 2022 Palmer Paving put in a blacktop driveway for me. The proposal was for a 10 ft wide drive 3" thick. Six months later I began to notice cracks I contacted the company and someone finally came out on June 1 2023. They said they would fix the problem but have not. It has continued to crack all up and down the driveway. Many areas are revealing the asphalt to only be 1 inch thick. In addition they only made the driveway 81/2 ft wide. They do not answer my calls so I drove over to their business in Morningview on a Friday June 16 and they assured me it would be taken care of the following Monday June 19. No show and no phone call.

            They came into our neighborhood and Did as little as possible. Had no problem leaving debris on sidewalks broke concrete of the sidewalk and in our yards .My own home was struck by the paving machine and damaged yet they never informed me of the damage or made an offer to repair .I have family in the paving business as experts in the field they were appalled by slip shod work .I have no good things to say about this company or its leadership They do not deserve BBB acreditation because they do not deserve it
