      My husband made a deal with the manager to purchase a vehicle. They agreed upon a price yesterday. We had an appointment at 10:30 for this Saturday to get the car providing a very large cash deposit. A salesman calls my husband yesterday evening and says someone else is here to buy the car unless you can get up here now. I was at work and he had our dog at the vet. Long story short they sold the car he made a deal on. It was to be a bday present for our daughters 21st bday.. I guess deals do not mean anything to this business!!! Shady people.. Do not trust them

      I’ve been taking my Toyota Prius for oil changes since I bought it a couple years ago. I thought by doing this I was getting a quality look at my car because a multi point inspection in apparently included. Last time I was there I scheduled an oil change and asked that they look into a heavy squeak in the rear end. They had my car basically all day and when I picked it up ( close to close of business) they never brought up what they found out about the squeaking. I was in a hurry as I was told I would have my car much earlier so plans were being rushed. I chose not to bring it up as I didn’t have time. Fast forward 2 months later and I get a screw in my tire. I take it to a shop closer to home for convenience. In the middle of my tire maintenance the receptionist tells me I need back brakes and rotors, and the rust is a substantial amount. How was this not caught on any of my recent oil changes? Why was what I asked to be checked out, over looked? They always seem to busy to really listen to you. I’m upset because here I thought I was getting the best service I could to keep my car in great condition and I’m getting a over priced laziness. Rust doesn’t form over night.

      Had my "new to me" Jeep (under ****** miles) for less than a week and started having problems with it starting intermittently. Every time they pulled the codes it came up something with the security system. Over a course of 8 weeks we had to call more then 6 times but due to not seeing it happen they couldn't fix it. At first they were helpful in trying to get the issue resolved. The last call was when I was also told I "should JUST let the problem keep happening until it happens enough that it can be recreated".When I first called the manager I was told all costs (including rental) would be covered and they wanted to make it right until it came time to pay then stories changed. Since a problem couldn't be fixed / recreated I wouldn't be reimbursed for the rental. When asked if I should return the vehicle I was told I could trade it in for a lesser value since it depreciated. I love this car and don't want to return it especially for less money.I looked for guidance as I didn't feel they intentionally sold me a car that had issues. But instead I got treated like I am stupid. Clearly poor work ethics. The car is still a mystery and while the amount for the rental is not THAT much, it is the principle that I was told one thing and they changed the story. Where is the integrity?

      I am sorry to hear about the customer's experience. Our manager to agree to pay for the rental and has had a check sent to reimburse for the rental vehicle. Unfortunately, with intermittent issues, it is hard to duplicate the concern. If the vehicle is acting as it should, we can not diagnose and repair the issue. We had it sent to a Jeep dealership and they kept the vehicle for a week and still could not recreate the issue. We are more than happy to have it diagnosed if the incident continues to happen.

      The above is understood, it was how it was handled. And yes they agreed to pay for the rental only after my HUSBAND went to discuss it with them. THEN they were willing to go higher up the chain and see what they could do.

      I bought a used truck from them and come to find out they did an improper transmission service leading the truck after two weeks of owing it to go to a shop to be fixed. Offered no help for there s**** up no Im car less until further notice. Terrible customer service most everyone working has a bad attitude, Ill never shop there again or tell people to go to them for a vehicle.
