I purchased a massage from Massage Odyssey on 12/22/21. The website clearly says that the credit card will not be charged until the appointment is made. I have yet to made an appointment yet my credit card statement shows a charge from Massage Odyssey on 12/23/21. Due to this company statement, I was not watching the statement to this credit card because it is one I rarely use. By the time I noticed the charge, I had already received 2 late payment charges and the credit card says the claim is not eligible for a dispute since it is too old. I've called Massage Odyssey at least five times in an attempt to speak to the owner, ****. I have received 1 text message from her saying she is the owner but she will no longer communicate with me. The website says verbatim: "Credit Card Required for Booking. A credit is always required for online booking. We do not charge your card for the service. We hold the card in the case of missed appointments. A $20 fee is charged for all missed appointments not cancelled within a 24 hour period." (************************************
