I was contacted by Jennifer A*******, an attorney with Wood+Lamping, requesting payment of $47.25 in reference to the filling of Special Needs Trust, which I did not authorize. I went to Jennifer A******* for preparing my Will. I mentioned my oldest son *********** ** *****, who was mentally handicapped, she spoke of a Community Trust Fund, which I told her I was not interested in, however once she completed my Will, I went down to proof read it and found she had put in it the information about the Community Trust Fund, I then told her she needed to remove it from my will. The next proof reading of my will she had removed it. On Monday, November 13, 2023, I received a letter from Jennifer A*******, indicating I owed $47.25 for her filling a Special Needs Trust, dated March 23, 2023, which indicated it was filed/recorded in ******** County. I responded to the ******** County Courthouse and request information on the filing of a Special Needs Trust, which I was told by the clerks at both location that there was no filing of a Special Needs Trust from Jennifer A******* in my behalf. In her letter date November 13, 2023, it stated under Terms: Payable Upon Receipt and that a Service Charge would be applied after 30 days. So I sent a check #1275 in the amount of $47.25. If no filing was found and my receiving a letter stating that it had been filed March 23, 2022, some 20 months after the suppose filing, why am I being charged $47.25. I need to see what was filed about the Special Needs Trust, which was not authorized by me.
