            I called about having a fence put in my yard. Communication over the phone about coming out to give an estimate was poor as it would take days for them to call back, if they called back. When they did show up all they did was take pictures and didn't even measure the yard. It then took them weeks to call back and say they were turning down our business. Very poor management of a company and would not have used them even if they did call back with a quote.

            Your call was appreciated and we were happy to come out in hopes of taking on your job. It did take some time to call you back because of a very high call volume in the spring. It certainly was not our intention to make you wait for a return call to come back and measure and provide you a quote. We are a small company and we meet with many potential customers as well as work in the field, oftentimes we are spread a little thin. We were and are always looking to hire more help, but right now employees are hard to come by and it limits us as to the number of jobs we can take on. Unfortunately, we have to turn down some jobs by not providing a quote depending on the current workload. We can only offer you a sincere apology for not responding to you sooner. We are grateful you called with the opportunity to install a fence for you. Wishing you all the best.
