There was a problem with my order. The short version is that a lady told me over the phone that the chips would last until Christmas, and they were rancid by then and it ruined my husband's main gift. So I emailed patiently for a month trying to find resolution, and they were extremely unapologetic and matter-of-fact about the fact that the order was my fault. Nobody ever acted for a moment like they would take responsibility for the lie from one of their representatives OR even apologize for my bad experience (even though they admitted they had no idea what the rep said). When they refused to address the lie I had been told, I called to speak in person as a last attempt to get someone to understand. The man I spoke to was the absolute rudest person I've ever spoken with. He absolutely would not let me speak under any circumstances, cutting me off five to ten seconds in to anything I was saying (literally), and even when I asked if I could JUST tell my side of the story without interruption, he would not let me. When I hung up and called back, I was put through to him for another round of the worst interrupting I have ever seen. This company will not stand behind their product, but worse, they will not practice even the most basic of customer service standards. I have never in my life been treated so poorly.
