We used this company to redo the kitchen/dining room flooring at my dad's house. They originally finished the dining room on 5/13/22, but held off on putting the transition strips back on until the kitchen floor was done so they would know the height difference. They completed the kitchen a month later on 6/14/22, but still did not install the transition strips. My dad then proceeded to call and email for 1 month and 19 days to try and get them to come back out to finish the work before they finally did on 8/3/22 (all documented). There was never any discussion or communication of an additional charge for the transition strips (the installation of the strips was also discussed while the flooring was being done because they would need to prepare the strip with the correct height difference). Now, after the transition strips have been installed they are trying to add an additional $200 for the work (which should have been done in the first place) and threatening to come to my dad's house and uninstall the strips if he doesn't pay (also documented). I tried to call and have a discussion with the owner and all he wanted to do is argue. I couldn't even get a word out without being interrupted and talked down too. This is extremely unprofessional and I would advise anyone reading this to find a different company to save yourself the headache.

Let's stick with the facts, something ***************** knows NOTHING about. Why? He was NEVER a part of ANY meeting, conversation, work performed, scheduling, billing for the work performed at his fathers home. Further, myself and my staff have never seen, spoke with, or had any interaction with **** until two days ago when he called my office for the first time ever. Here are the undisputable facts: We did not "redo" your Kitchen floor as you posted in line 1, something you would know if you were actually at the job. We quoted and were contracted to sand and refinish the Breakfast Nook and install new shoe molding. We completed both on schedule and to the satisfaction of the homeowner. On day 1 of the job, the homeowner asked my lead finisher **** to install two thresholds in the Kitchen doorways AFTER he had a new Kitchen floor installed. **** told him to call the office after the Kitchen floor was installed and schedule a time for us to come back out and measure the doorways to custom make, stain, and finish the two thresholds and that there would be an additional charge to do so for which he agreed. NOTE: ***************** was not present for this conversation. Several weeks later ****** received a phone call from Mr. **** that the new floor was in and he was ready to have the measurements taken for the thresholds. By ******** own admission, she told Mr. **** that she could have me out to measure but there would be an additional charge for the thresholds to which he agreed. NOTE: ***************** WAS NOT PRESENT or on the phone, it was only his father Mr. ****.When I arrived to measure for the thresholds Mr. **** was working in his yard and couldn't wait to show me what a beautiful job we did on his floor and with his shoe molding. He even called the guys by name and said how happy he was with the job, and how "the floor looked brand new". I measured and told Mr. **** there would be an additional charge for the thresholds, that it wouldn't be much, just time and material to which he happily agreed. NOTE: ***************** WAS NOT PRESENT. We made the thresholds and called back and forth with Mr. **** to find a day and time it was convenient for both of us to install them. After installation I had ****** **** him $200.00 to cover just part of the cost of the thresholds.Mr. **** sent me several emails regarding the charges to which I consistently explained the thresholds were an additional charge that was above and beyond the scope of work proposed, contracted, completed, and paid for work originally agreed upon. It was at this time I sent this email "They were in addition to refinishing the floors. Would you like for me to have my guys come and remove them? If not, please call ****** with payment." A far cry from me threatening to come and remove them if he doesn't pay for them as ***************** posted, which is just another LIE from ***************** and attempt to slander both me and my Company. On Wednesday ****** received a phone call from ***************** for the first and only time which she answered on speaker phone for us to hear. This was the morning after the email exchange between Mr. **** and myself regarding trhe $200 charge. **** screamed in the phone that he needed to speak with me immediately that there was a "major issue" regarding his dad's job. I answered the phone and he began screaming at me about the charges and the "major issue" with his dad's job, I asked him 2 times to stop yelling and when he screamed at me about interupting him I told him I was not obligated to take his call, and that I was contracted with his father, not him. That really made him mad and that's when he threatened me that he was going to "trash and ruin my company on social media, call the news, and call his lawyer", and then he hung up on me. He was in a complete rage. ****** witnessed the entire conversation as we were on speaker phone the entire time. Mr. **** owes $200. I refuse to let his son, ****, a modern day cyber bully, blackmail me to waive the money owed for fear of his threats, lies and negative posts on Social Media. Also, it appears ***************** works for ******** and ******** in ********** *******. This would explain why he has no idea what was said and agreed upon in ******, **
