      I recently contracted Mills Fencing Co. to replace the existing privacy fence they installed many years ago. They were to replace and install the fence to match the original fence. The installer, subcontractor, arrived midday and proceeded to remove and install fence in the dark. Left message with Mills Fencing informing them of the concern and challenges I was facing with their subcontractor. The call went unanswered. I called again and spoke to two people. I was told he is a good installer and my concerns were dismissed. I also told the installer that I called and they told me all concerns should be directed to them. Took almost a month to complete the installation. They damaged the concrete sidewalk, stairs as they did not clean up the cement mix left on the pavement at the end of their day, in the dark. The did not remove any of the former post hole concrete. The installer thought it was appropriate to leave concrete & cement throughout the garden, damaging plants. Disrespected neighbors leaving debris in their yards & blocking alley. A section of the lattice was cut short and their fix was to insert a piece of wood between post and lattice. I informed Mills I would not fully compensate them for the work and waited for them to offer a resolution. Never received a resolution and then received an email threading to file a mechanical lien waiver for the 10% I withheld. I would strongly advise not working with this company as they do not manage their subcontractors and are dismissive to complaints.

      Mills Fence Company was unaware of any material left onsite. We eventually had to call her to enquire about payment and that is when she told us that she had to clean up some material left onsite and wanted a discount of $600. We expressed to her that we would have been happy to pick up any material left onsite if she had informed us. However, we couldn't take $600 dollars off when we were never told the issue existed. She claimed that she spoke and left a message with someone here, but when we enquired about whom she contacted or with whom she spoke, we never heard back from her again.

      I read the reviews after paying my deposit I then looked and read reviews and regret purchasing my dogwood fence.However I purchased fence in May 2023 and paid 50% down.HoweverI was told they would get with me when ready to instal and could not get a date but some where at the end of July to be exact .However last week in July I received a phone number to contact Rico who is a contractor for Mills,Rico decides to send his workers to my home with instructions to install fence .However there are more complaints than I can put into this review but it will take all day .However the crew completed the install but broke my neighbors link chain fence installing my fence , during the process installed 30% rotten wood fencing and fencing with cement all over panel ,did not mix water to concrete ,my fence is uneven ,gaps in fence at the bottom ,big enough for my Lillie dog to get under.extended extra planks to the end of corner of fence looks tacky. However I have spoken with customer service twice since install and was promised that they would fix or rectify these issues also the gate won’t latch properly.nails were left halfway out not properly nailed into frame.However I then reached out to Rico the contractor on Friday 8/2 he ask if I could send him my address and he would be coming out Saturday to rectify theses issues .However no call no show ,I texted because I spent my entire day waiting forTico the contractor .However I have had no response from mills . I have a video of installation ,From beginning to end of complaints however I paid you guys in full and I can not get a response or the repair of complaints and repair to my neighbors broken fence and rotten wood and large gaps in the bottom of my fence.However customer service asked for pics and I sent a couple to Rico and he assured me he would make this situation right however he no called no showed and didn’t answer phone.However this is unacceptable, I have my receipt ring video and text messages

      I would give them a zero if I could! I paid my deposit in August of 2022. it is mid May and still no fence. They have the absolute worst customer service. I rarely take the time to write a review, but the experience with them has been awful.

      Terrible work got the run around for months overpriced for poor work would not recommend customer service is a joke they ignore emails and phone calls

      We have called and emailed Drew M******. He wanted us to do some welding on his gate and we completed that work.
