      Ordered kitchen countertop, backsplash, and sink through **** ***** who subcontracted out to KBR. First countertop installation was cancelled during the arrival window because they broke it, wasting my time. Waited over a week for rescheduled installation. That installation was a failure as they forgot to remanufacture the backsplash. Still waiting for backsplash to be installed. KBR subcontracted kitchen sink plumbing. First install was unsuccessful. Leaking handle on new ***** faucet. Second repair visit was told the leak was fixed, only to observe leaking immediately thereafter. Plumber and KBR have offered no correction other than suggestion to try to exchange new (already installed) faucet at **** ***** where purchased. A huge mess for what should have been a simple project. Do not waste your time and money on KBR. Check with **** ***** to ensure they are not subcontracted.

      Absolutely horrible customer service. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Their customer service department, which they advertise as "exceptional" is exceptional alright, exceptionally TERRIBLE. I had 2 orders placed with this company. The installation of 1 of the 2 orders was left INCOMPLETE. The piece that the KBR techs did not install, but left sitting aside like trash, was actually a CRITICAL part of the sink which prevents leaks. On a service matter for the other installation I got the paperwork back to the CSR & provided payment on a Thurs afternoon. I was told to expect a call Mon to schedule. Their rep did call on Mon, to schedule the work - however due to KBR's insistence on not doing anything with the plumbing I had to coordinate with my contractor. I advised the scheduler I would need to make a call & get back to him, & asked what the next avail. was for installation. I was told "anything after tomorrow." Called my GC to schedule, get everything arranged for Wed. When I called KBR back to schedule their portion of the labor for Wed morning suddenly the schedule is full. After ONCE AGAIN explaining to the person on the ph what needed to be done, I was placed on hold to see if they could figure something out for Wed. When the CSR came back on the line he informed me that they wouldn't be able to fit me in. When I advised that this put me in a very difficult position since I had ASKED when they next had avail. & that I expected them (KBR) to correct the issue I was immediately transferred to a "manager's" voicemail. Less than five minutes later the "manager" called me back, but was very clearly NOT interested in listening to anything I had to say. He instead immediately started talking over me & telling me that I had "refused" to schedule when they called this morning & that based on the notes in the system this was my issue & I needed to resolve it.
