I have my car currently in this auto shop for repair. I took it there and got an estimate a month ago. They told me they would fix it for $650 and i should bring it back in a week. I did jus that. They called me today and said that my car was finished and ready to go. So i dropped my rental car off and got a ride to the shop. Upon arriving there, my car was not finished. There was still damage to my car that was very visable and was part of what we agreed to fix. I ask the guy why they did not fix that area and he stated that after they started working on the car that they realized it would cost more to fix the car properly. I was shocked. I ask him why did you not tell me this and he said that he just figured he would tell me when i came to pick it up. I told him that was not right and that i had already dropped off my rental car and he could have cared less. I left the car there and told him it needed to be fixed the way it was quoted and promised. He says they are going to charge me more money. I want my care fixed properly for how he promised and for the price the quoted.
