      Customer Service is not a strong point to this company. Cars are not operating to safe standards, rude conversations and insinuating with insults at this location. Seems to be the norm. Customers being told that they do not have diagnoses for what is going on with the car. It may take days weeks, or a month later! Being told that the customer should get the car towed to them, at the customers cost, HAHA. This writer was told, that MY insurance should cover the tow, when the car was released to me, and the car was still not repaired and stalled two hrs after picking it up. This immediately after they had the car for a MONTH. Being told to "BABY" the car. Their service hours are not equipped for customers. I feel as if, it's not their personal problem or their vehicle, it's shoved to the side. I feel not valued as a customer, and not being helped to find a solution. IT should never be this hard to fix a vehicle and take this long.

      Horrible and inconstant. Champions at “ passing the buck”. One of manager doesn’t know what the other is doing. They’ve had a car longer than a month, let it sit. Un- able to diagnose the issue after the car was returned 3x. The GM is involved and no resolution. No consideration for the customers, with help to get another vehicle. I was told by a Ford manager “ I can’t promise the car will be fixed a day , two weeks or two months for now ! “ He doesn’t hypothetically speak. When asked if they would put a loved one or family member in a vehicle that couldn’t ensure safe or mechanically repaired , they said no. But, I’m expected to. They Refused to pay back deductibles on repairs that were not fixing the issue, due to a third party entity , I was coxed into purchasing the power train extended ! For what , I’m not sure , because I’ve yet to be satisfied with a repair. I would not recommend. However Tytus , a service representative is always caught in the middle, and does the very best he can to help, but can only do so much.

      We visited Kerry Buick this afternoon to test drive a car. Josh came out to greet us, we drove the car, loved it, and decided to go inside to discuss numbers. We stated the ballpark payment we were interested in, filled out the paperwork, and handed the keys for the trade-in value of our car. We understood they were busy, but we waited an hour before any offer was presented; it was terrible with a disappointing trade-in value. We reiterated that we understand interest rates are out of everyone's control, even though we have great credit, but we did not want a payment over a certain amount. The second offer was terrible, Josh disappeared again, and then sent a new person out with a third terrible offer. As they had kept our keys in a separate room this entire time and even said, "We are not holding your keys hostage," we declined the offer and asked for our keys. Upon leaving, the other salesperson said the trade-in value miraculously climbed and they could work with us. We declined one final time and left. Making customers wait 2-1/2 hours, repeatedly disappearing to "discuss with a manager," pretending as if the trade-in value was non-negotiable, treating us as if we were idiots who did not understand math, and "forgetting" to bring our keys out each time we asked are absolutely terrible sales tactics. We will find a new Buick dealer and we will purchase the car from them because Kerry Buick does not deserve our business.
