He also attempted to pull some yo-yo financing scam with me after I closed. I ordered a 2021 **** ****** through Mike Castrucci Ford. One year and six weeks after purchase, I have had numerous issues with the brake system - from the parking brake to the ABS system. Because the issues started 6 weeks past one year I am not eligible for Ford’s buyback program. I have had my car in for service 5 times in one-years time. Cumulatively I’ve had rental cars for almost 3 months. Mike Castrucci Ford sold me a lemon and will do nothing to make the situation right. I was always treated like a nuisance and condescended to. Avoid at all cost.

Bought a 2009 Chrys *** advertised on their website. Over $3000 repair on vehicle since I purchased a week ago. Called and was told I bought as is. I understand that. But was also told car was just taking in and is in great shape. Leaked Trans fluid put new gasket on. Radiator had hole in it replaced radiator. Rear Main seal leaking (Major issue and cost). Oil pan had whole in it and replaced it. Also my mechanic has said the engine was replaced and not original Engine. You cannot tell me they did not know this existed. When I called I got the UC manager who said I bought As Is (Which I know) and began to tell me "That is why we put AS IS in 2 inch letters and you should have understood. Very sad to have someone in a business talk to you that way. He then told me they do not check these vehicles headed for Auction. I did not know anything about Auction it was on their web site for sale and they should have looked over it before selling and if they did not want to fix they should have told the customer the problems before they purchased the vehicle. Would not purchase any used vehicle from this dealer. Also asked to speak to his boss or Mike C******** and was told that is not how we do business. Terrible customer service as well.

I was sold a truck 6 months ago that is total junk. They put lipstick on a pig and took advantage of a naive old lady. The repairs have been numerous, getting worse news each time. Now the timing chain went bad ($11,000.00 estimate to replace engine ) and I owe almost $20,000.00 purchase price. Do they think this is "better business"?? I have already called them, they don't care because it was sold as is. I tried unsuccessfully to file a lemon law complaint. It is so sad what this world has come to when you can't trust what is supposed to be a reputable business.

I was sold a 2014 Chevy Cruze and told it was in great condition. 2 weeks later only drove the car a couple times. Turns out the entire engine needs replaced for 4,000$. With little to no help from them! I need a refund or they need to pay for the damages in full!
