I purchased a vehicle around February 23, 2024 and that same night within 10 minutes after someone dropped the car off to me the check engine light was on. I instantly sent a text message informing them that it was on. They said it was the gas cap and for me to find a repair shop to get it fixed and don’t take it to a dealership. I took it to a repair shop and they found it was leaking a lot of oil and something was wrong with the EVAP. Then, the next day it wouldn’t drive over 50 mph just suddenly slowed down and me and my baby almost got hit by an 18-wheeler. I constantly tried to reach someone at McCluskey and they never got back. Then, the sales person was going back and forth with me arguing about their mess up. So, I told them I would file a complaint with you all and the director reached out. Now, I took it 5 different times to two different repair shops. I ended up having to pay more than $450 for a battery because the wattage was very low. Because I had to pay this I am not able to pay my car note and no one at the company is answering my calls, texts, or emails. Also, I wrote a ****** review and they wrote back they would reach out to me and never did and that was more than 2 weeks ago. Based on FTC laws they were not supposed to sell me a car that they knew something was wrong with it.
