      I had an issue with my Range Rover vehicle and brought it into the shop for a check-up in May of 2023. I was initially told something was wrong with the suspension system of the vehicle and that further diagnostics would be performed. Since that time, I have been given multiple further issues with little to no detail, and the original 'quoted price' has continued to balloon. Several months later, I was told that they needed to order a special part directly from Land Rover in ******. This part has taken several months now with no tracking or update from the company. I have had to reach out every time to try and get an update on the status of anything, with little to no communication from the business.  They only offered me a loaner vehicle after 3–4 months had passed, and I concluded that I could no longer pay for Ubers or borrow a parent's vehicle.  It's going on for 7-8 months with no further detail or information from the dealership and no end-to-end on site, all while I continue to pay my car loan payment for a vehicle that's been out of my possession for almost a year.  I have never received a call or email from anyone besides a low-level parts rep, who again has offered no real assistance. I need this escalated to the GM or corporate-level manager who can actually resolve this issue. At this point, I don't want the car and never plan on owning anything made by Land Rover, Range Rover, or Jaguar ever again. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a business or organization in my 35 years of existence.  I've never once written a complaint, review, or any type of negative feedback on any platform, but enough is enough.

      I don't typically post negative reviews, but this is the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. My wife's Jaguar was mysteriously overheating. Had it towed to this dealership and, after a hefty "diagnostic fee", several changes in quoted price and several days, was told I had a coolant leak stemming from some pipes under the intake. Work was approved and completed for a large fee. Problem cropped up again within 48 hours so I went to a different mechanic who said Jaguar had damaged the system from overfilling. Now the car (almost a month later) can't be driven and nobody can figure out what jaguar broke. Spoke to Jayme F**, the service manager, and he wants me to tow it back in (at my expense of course) and pay ANOTHER diagnostic fee. In the meantime, because they cant fix their own cars, I'm paying $400 per week for a rental as they never have loaners. What a joke for a luxury brand. RUN don't walk away from this dealership. My experience with sales staff has been good, but the service department is at best run very poorly and at worst borders on criminal.
