I called them for my ice maker that froze up. They came in a timely manner and fixed my ice maker. In the summary of their work it was stated that they replaced a heater element . I watched them the entire time and didnt notice a new part or a package coming in the house.. I asked to see the old part and he stated he threw it away in the garbage. I checked my garbage and it was not there. I called them back and stated this situation. The ************************* stated to never call them again because I didnt trust him and kept repeating it in a raised voice. At this point I didnt trust him. I feel like they ripped me off too I should have read these reviews before I called them . Please dont ever use them so they continue this scheme to rip off other people

I have been working with the public for almost 3 decades. In the last couple of years there has been a tremendous change in customer mentality. This particular customer unfortunately is not telling the truth. When we arrived not only was the ice maker froze up but the freezer door gaskets was torn the heat exchange coils were clogged with debris from lack of maintenance and the defrost drain was clogged. We explained everything to her up front and we saved her hundreds of dollars in repairs by repairing the door gasket and didn't even charge her for it. The issue in question here was a auxillary drain heater which is in the freezer of a bottom freezer that we did put on her freezer drain. Matter of fact when I called her I told her I was more than willing to come back over and take her freezer back apart and show her the part that was put on her refrigerator but she declined. This customer states she watched everything we did then she would have known that you have to crawl up inside the freezer to get to the defrost drain. My point is why wouldn't she have asked at time of service to say hey guys do you mind if I crawl up in freezer and just see what that auxillary drain heater looks like? Sounds like this customer wants something for nothing. I bet when this customer goes out to eat at a restaurant she has a jar of bugs in her purse."
