***** ***** who works for Savings HVAC is the absolute worst; if I could rate this company below a zero I would, as my experience with one of their technicians, ***** *****, was nothing short of a nightmare. I had scheduled an appointment with Savings HVAC, and both my husband and I took time off from work to be present during the specified time window of 11 am to 3 pm. ***** ***** CONFIRMED VIA TEXT that he would arrive at 11 am, however, at 10:20 am, he texted me saying he was 10 minutes away, when I sent him screenshots of the claim window and his own text confirming the 11 am arrival time, he responded rudely, stating, "You might want to get home asap it DOESN'T MATTER what the claim says I can always send the order back." Appalled by his unprofessional behavior, I called him, only to be met with yelling, rude, and vulgar language, making comments saying, "I know what time it is...don't make me send back this claim..." despite my attempts to explain the situation calmly, ***** remained aggressive and unapologetic. Feeling uncomfortable and unsafe with him coming to my home, I had no choice but to cancel the claim immediately, ***** ******* conduct was unacceptable, and he should not be allowed to interact with customers, let alone enter their homes, his behavior reflects poorly on Savings HVAC, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company to avoid similar traumatic experiences, read and listen to the numerous negative reviews about Savings HVAC they speak volumes about the company's lack of professionalism and customer service skills.
