I Highly Recommend Prusak Roofing for BOTH Roofing and Gutter needs.Two years ago in ******** ** we replaced our roof and was so satisfied, that we knew who to call now needing GUTTERS in September 2023. What I truly appreciate is having just one contact thru the entire process, someone that I can count on. Prusak Roofing is a family business and **** Prusak goes over and above to ensure that you are satisfied by not only answering all your questions but also instructing his team of highly skilled workers as to what is needed on project day. We had a problem on how our ******** spouts were placed and **** Prusak and his team brainstormed together to develop a solution that I am confident will solve my old problems. For us it is refreshing to do business with a company that does what it says from beginning to end with professionalism.Review from Brittany E

Quoted in Feb for roof repair. Called today for garage siding quote. Different quote. Said theyd be out Friday.. *** called back and questioned me why I didnt use them for the quote in Feb, advised the original roofers paid a different company to repair it. I did not need a new roof. He said he couldve fixed it, he said he was going to pass on the job since they dont like to give out estimates and not get the job. I said that was UNPROFESSIONAL and then he told me to STOP I do not deal with unprofessional companies. POOR customer service ***

We apologize you thought we were unprofessional. The majority of our customers rate and review us highly and indicate they would use again and recommend us. There are times when we have to opt out of an estimate. This can be due to schedules/timing, job scope, past customer interactions and other reasons. In this case, we choose not to do the estimate because we did not believe we would be awarded the work, given our past experience. We are approached multiple times a day for free estimates, and we complete the majority of these. In some instances, we must pass on an estimate, this was one of those instances.Review from Stephen G
