EPNA did a great job transitioning us from our existing merchant account to their system. They resolved all the hiccups quickly, and we had a few hurdles. The website is easy to use, especially the virtual terminal and reports. I recommend this company to anyone processing credit card payments via virtual terminal. They have nice monthly reports and I've never had an issue with payments.
