    I bought a used car here and I cannot recommend them. Two weeks after the purchase the battery went completely dead. I needed a car that morning and after receiving no response from Berman I contacted AAA who showed me the test Berman should have done to determine how little energy the battery had. Berman blamed me for not having the car towed to their facility as if blaming the customer for their inability to provide a safe and reliable car was the best response. Stay away from this dealer, I don't feel safe in the car and I'm concerned about what else may happen next.

    This place is so poorly run its insane. Went to see a car and was set up with a very nice sales person . Started the paper work for numbers and the games started to begin. I had a manager by the name of ************************* talk so much c*** to me thinking it was ok and professional. the management is uneducated and low class guess they cant find anyone good to work for them since they teach them how to scam people. The s*** talking that management did towards me was so rude and disrespectful hanging up on me and assuming I couldnt afford a car . Beware of this place they mess with paper work and sell bad cars on top of it. Do not use this place or berman brand at all . Went to another dealer got a new car paid cash and couldnt be happier. They think they are the only ones selling cars so they treat you like c*** . While the owner is living large his managers are running his place to the ground and ruining his name . NEVER STEP FOOT INTO HIS PLACE . They treat you like garbage and get away with it . Bad business and bad behavior all over that place .

    My wife identified a car she wanted to buy and called the dealership to confirm they had the car. The price was on their website. She was going to buy the car and they added two sections to the bill * Accessories and ***********. The accessories was $3295 and the *********** was $499. They told her that the accessories was for a towing hitch and door guards! The *********** was to "protect her identity" in case of a data leak * even though she was paying cash!!After arguing about the additional costs, they agreed to drop the *********** and lower the Accessories to $1500. They then said they tinted the glass and put environmental protections on the paint and they couldn't remove the $1500 fee!!This is fraud plain and simple. What they are doing is advertising a car and then adding costs to it to pass onto the consumer. I would NEVER buy from this dealership! Buyer beware!!!

    Scam artist. Gave me quote for work I didnt need. They charge me for work I didnt need. 2 weeks later I had the same problem. They gave me a quote after coming back for work I didnt even need again. They said they did a compression test and there was nothing wrong with my engine but instead I had a leak in my radiator. I took my car to a radiator shop and the people was honest with me and told me I actually needed a head gasket and not a new radiator. They said there is no leak in my radiator. I believed them because why would they refuse work. Thats what they take care of is radiators. The dealership couldnt even spot the problem after having my car there for over 2 weeks?!! But a radiator shop could? The radiator shop didnt charge me a ***** for the diagnoses, they felt sorry for me after me sharing how the dealership took ***** dollars and didnt fix the initial problem. I would have never thought I would get scammed by the dealership. These people are crocks!!! I want my money back!!
