Blankenship Movers did excellent work with my studio apartment. They called ahead to confirm the time, showed up early, and got the job done exactly on time. They were efficient and professional throughout. Very pleased.

Despite my bed base not fitting up our new home's staircase, we had a great move with Blankenship. This was my third move with them because they've always been excellent. It was Christmas time and very hectic but owners **** and ***** got us on their calendar and our **** of ****** ***** ****** and **** got us to our destination carefully and expediently. I thank the whole Blankenship team for their preparation and dedication to the care of our belongings, their adherence to the estimated time for loading and delivery, and their helpful and happy demeanor. Highly recommended!

USE THESE MOVERS ?? ??From the first time I talked with ***** at Blankenship I was very impressed by his kindness * professionalism* and courtesy!They gave me the best bid out of all the movers that I had called. So* I felt very confident to schedule the date for them to move me.Over the couple weeks I had turned to them with many questions and ****** ***** and *** were very very helpful and provided answers to any questions I had and provided me with any additional information I needed to know. And* they were very pleasant* friendly and polite as well as professional!Pablo* ***** and Drew * worked quickly* cautiously* efficiently* and carefully!! They even kindly provided extra help above and beyond whenever needed. The move was seamless with no disappointments whatsoever from the time they arrived at the single-family home I left to the storage unit where they unloaded everything carefully and meticulously! Besides their expert skills* you couldnt ask for kinder* more empathetic people!! I am most definitely going to use them when I get my new apartment!**************

Blankenship completed my move. Thats the best I can say. I have torn furniture and broken furniture and damage to the wall in my condo building. **** has been impossible to deal with trying to resolve the issues. In addition to the almost $700 charged for the move, I got to pay $300 for repairs done to the wall in my new building. Trying to recoup that cost has been a headache. They wont make it right. I would use somebody else in the future.

I was very disappointed in the company. I received a quote of 3 men and 5 hours. The movers showed up on time, wrapped furniture and took very good care of all my belongings. ********* ****** and ****** were professional and said many times, We are here for you. They even moved some things twice as it would not fit in new home and took it back out for us.The problem was it took 9.5 hours to move!!!! Not due to the men moving, (they never stopped except to eat lunch for 15 minutes) but due to it was quoted absolutely wrong. They looked thru everything before they started and said it should be a 5 man job. At the time of quote, it was discussed with the office the number of bedrooms, living room, family room, kitchen, China cabinet, and we would have as much broken down and put on the 1st floor as we could prior to move day.This move cost double the price and double the time!!! I contacted the office and was told it was a quote and could go a little over. I understood that from the start BUT double time AND cost??? I was told the owner would call me to discuss the situation.that was 2 weeks ago and NOTHING.I will never recommend Blankenship Movers to anyone.

We had been referred to this business by a family member that had used them and had a good experience. We however, were not that lucky. Not only did the truck the movers were provided broke down on the drive to our new home. After 3-4 hours of waiting, a tow truck had to tow the truck with all of our belongings in it to the home. Once they arrived, we were told that one of the guys that was part of the job, had quit and we were down a mover. They raced through unloading and even had the tow truck company assist in moving. Which, we did not approve because they are not hired by the moving company and clearly didn't hold the same respect for our belongings that the movers semi did. After they rushed to unload, they left our new home just as fast. Unfortunately through unpacking over the next few weeks, we have a growing list of our belongings that never made it into the house. Some were minor, and some were not very minor at all. Very expensive video gear that they had moved never made it off the truck or into our house. Not to mention several other items never made if off of the truck. The back and forth with the manager or lead of the company has been getting us nowhere and certainly not resolving the issue. If you plan on using this company, you better have a list of everything you allowed them to move so you can check it off as you find it because it will most likely have already been taken. I would not recommend this business to anyone just to ensure the same fate does not happen to them. Please make sure you think real hard before doing business with this company. "
