    It's a five-star rating for us! Not only was the process quick and smooth, but I also felt very comfortable working with them. I didn't even have to lift a finger they do the whole process for ******** extra points for the clean efficient work that they did on the roofing and siding Awesome job very pleased!

    Immaculate. If I could leave more stars I would! If you're looking for honesty and professionalism- this is your place. Geon was extremely knowledgeable and helped me feel comfortable talking through the quoting process without being condescending, the attention to detail shown is so rare in service these days. I will continue to recommend these guys!

    Last year we had a horrible accident happen to our roof because of a bad storm. Chicagoland Group has been nothing but professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We were so lucky to get ***** working for us. He has handled everything so well and was an absolute advocate for us with the insurance company. He responds to all the calls quickly and looks into any questions and concerns we had. Our roof was completed so fast, and the work was sublime! We also had damage to the siding but because of Rubens hard work we will be able to get that done as well. Hopefully the rest of the process remains smooth, but from the experience so far, I'd recommend this company to anyone.

    Worked with ***** the other day to finally get my floors redone. My insurance refused to help pay for any of it, but Chicagoland group was able to help me immediately. Now I have new beautiful floors that I couldn't be happier with. They are extremely professional and very well prepared and educated. On how to work with insurance.     They were fantastic! Chicagoland Group made the whole process so easy! ***** was super helpful while life was really overwhelming. I felt like i was being taken advantage of as a single woman dealing with major home renovations after a severe water leak. So grateful for the aid from Chicagoland Group!

    I have dealt with other companies about issues with my roof and no one was able to determine the true cause of my leak. But Chicagoland Group was able to diagnose and effectively repair it and I couldn't be more grateful. And their communication and follow-up was refreshingly thorough. Thank you for the great work!

    The gentleman who took my call was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease handling my claim. I felt like I could trust him, and it turned out I was right. After our conversation, I was even assured that I could call again if I had any other questions. I would definitely recommend Chicagoland Group for anyone else looking for this type of service!

    I just work with ******* land public adjuster LLC for my Roof and Gutter damage and claim Field representative ****** was very helpful with giving me helpful information, ***** -Public adjuster he checked my roof , gutters & worked with insurance for claim. They are very honest and clear. Also my roof, gutter installation and all other approved work was done very quickly, ***** was in close contact at every step , everything was done. All warranty paperwork. Thank you ************************* and whole team who helped me. I tried other *************** before I went to Chicagoland Public Adjuster. Looking quote and information I received from others was not 100% correct. I would recommend for all your project. If you like to see their work done , you can contact me by sending message.
