In an era when customer service is lacking Emily went above and beyond and gave me quality service I have not received in years If you are fed up with self service give Emily Miller a call and see see what I mean.

    I have usedexecutive business class several times to purchase my tickets for Business and First class. Each time the representative was extremely helpful offering many different options for us. Excellent prices also in relation to other companies and trying to book by myself. I highly recommend executive business class for your ticketing needs.

    I write to ask potential customers to be cautious when dealing with ************************** **********, **. After paying $4,500 for one business and one economy class ticket to *****, we experienced poor service and misleading behavior. Sales rep **** ***** kept changing airline options, requested a 5-star review prematurely, and misrepresented the user's requests. Her supervisor, ********* *****, was unresponsive and made unrealistic suggestions, such as booking tickets to an airport 250 km from the destination. Both showed a pattern of stalling and making vague promises, leading us to suspect a scam. And now they wont refund us our money? Ultimately, we had to book through another agency that provided timely and professional service.PKD
