Everything the previous reviews stated are correct! The people got in contact with me saying another business had referred them to me. I cancelled the service a year in advance and then they stated that I had actually agreed to an additional year. It has been a HUGE hassle to rid my business of them and they still continue to call and make threatening emails. I would look elsewhere for your business needs. DO NOT work with them and do NOT trust them.

They are a horrible company. They sold us a basic website and search engine listings. It was ok at first but when we wanted to make changes they would either ignore us or make changes that were not what we requested. They would put inaccurate information about our business on the website and then take several days or weeks to remove it. I believe they messed up our website in an attempt to sell us a "better one". We canceled with them and it was a huge hassle. Since we have canceled they send us threatening emails saying they're going to remove us from search engines and take down **********, even though they no longer have access. They called our shop once stating they were our "website people" and requested access to **********. Very unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The sales rep **************************************** came into our store even though we have a sign that says no soliciting. He spoke with my wife the first time saying that he was referred by someone but would not give the name. He talked a big game so my wife said we were busy (week before valentines) and to come back a couple weeks later. He then comes in Valentines week to "pick up an arrangement" and wanted to speak with my wife once again (she was busy). He then came with his manager (a week after valentines) and again talks a big game about what they can do for us. He said we had to act fast because their prices were changing the following week. I decided to research the company and I did not like the reviews I read from the customer and past employees. I emailed him letting him know that we would not be using the company and there was no need to come back to the shop. One month later he shows up and ask to speak to my wife again. He proceeds to grill her on how we got the reviews and told her again that he was sent by several people to come. After listening for about 5-8 minutes I told my wife he had taken enough of her time. I went outside to let him know that from day 1 that we had the no soliciting sign. He then proceeds to tell me that he was not trying to sell us anything. I asked him for a business card and he refused to give one to me. Once again I asked him not to come back, but this time I had to tell him that the police would be called.**Look up reviews and decide for yourself****Research what they say what they will do for you**

Hello *******,Thank you for reaching out about your experience with our sales representative. Your feedback is appreciated and provides us the opportunity to improve as a business. In follow up to your review, we spoke with our sales representative to share your concerns with him and to better understand the details behind the events that prompted you to write the review. Hes a good young man in his first job out of college, comes from a good family, is working hard for us and he feels badly about the impression he left on you. It was never his intention to impede your ability to service your customers during the busy time before Valentines day. He came back after Valentines day because he felt based on the first presentation that he made to your wife that there was potential interest and a possible good fit, and wanted to follow up ahead of the first increase to our program rates weve made in four years. He was very, very rattled by your threat to call the police on him. We make an effort to adhere to all of our potential client requests, including those with a no solicitation preference. I have marked your business in our system with a do not visit status which means that we will not reach out to you in the future for advertising. Were not a small business but we are family owned and we take this kind of feedback seriously. To put your experience in context, we provide local marketing services to around ****** other independent, family owned businesses. In the context of meeting new clients we make several million in-person sales calls each year. All of those sales visits are focused on how we can help, and nearly all of them are friendly and warm. This one obviously wasnt, and were glad to know about it and to grow from it.
