I had Aluminum clad casement windows installed in my house. The quality was great. The installation was great and the installers were professional and clean.Review from Courtney H

Do not recommend this company to anyone. My review was very detailed and too long to post apparently but I started this process in April 2022 and my project was not done until January 2023. Horrible installation, broken glass panes, wrong sashes on the window, etc. Had to order 6 new replacement sashes because the originals were not installed properly. Also needed 3 new screens because the ones they installed tore so easily. Terrible experience with *** in the office, no communication from the company unless I hunted them down. I have months of email communication to document how terrible the whole experience was. Worst $8,000 I have ever spent and one of my biggest regrets. I cannot stress this enough, I will not be recommending them to anyone.Review from Cheryl C

Excel Shower & Bath installed our onyx shower with retractable teak seat and we couldn't be more pleased.The salesman ***** the install team ********, ********** did a fantastic job. They exceeded our expectations, I'd recommend them in a heart beat!!!! ****************Review from Mark V.

What a great experience. All things considered, the cost, the time frame, the people and the product, Excel delivered for me and this is why I am a loyal and repeat customer. The rep who met me at my property new exactly what I was trying to accomplish and the manager and assistant at the facility are always responsive and helpful with follow up questions and keeping updated on the time frame. I met with 4 other window companies before Excel and was turned off by aggressive sales tactics, high costs, renegotiating of costs if I signed right away, and there fancy demonstrations. Excel new what I wanted, hooked me up with a quality product, at a great price, within a reasonable time frame. I look forward to my next project knowing that I do not have to shop anymore. I had Excel Windows replace 30+ windows, and 4 doors at two different properties. The process was seamless! Everyone including the sales representative, office staff, to the installers were GREAT! I have used Excel windows on two different occasions. I had replacement windows installed, and they put on a new roof. The Rep who came out to the house before we ordered the windows gave us some great options. We ended up putting in different style windows than the ones we replaced. Once they were installed, the new look of the room blew us away. I really noticed a difference in the upcoming winter as well. The service we got from the windows was the reason we had them come out and give us a quote on our roof. We had a couple other companies come out first, Excel was very competitive. They gave us a ton more information then the first couple of people we had out. We moved forward with the roof. They were efficient and clean, everything was picked up once the job was completed and could not have been more satisfied.Review from John A

Excel Windows went above and beyond replacing the 12 windows in my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home improvement projects.
