Green T Windows removed and old large window and installed an amazing and beautiful bay window. The entire process was so smooth (SO MUCH smoother than the ********** salesmen and the 4 other companies we got quotes from) No pressure, fact based produces and sales. None of that "but the competitor doesnt do X or Y" just *****************-facts and up front pricing. Our rep was awesome and helped us come in well under budget saving us THOUSANDS! Its funny, we are now moving up our home window replacement (on the rest of our home windows) because the process went so so smoothly. We wanted to put our house plants on the ledge of the window and ******* and installer worked with us to maximize the depth and space on the shelf. Our house from the outside and inside look so great. The installer did amazing work and their level of craftsmanship was remarkable. I highly suggest customers go w/ these guys. amazing work. I called to get estimates on a few services and ****************** was very rude. If I tell you I will call when Im ready honor the customer request instead of saying Im trying to help you out with the services that are on a Mothers Day special now. And why did I call in the first place? Who does business like that? Im dealing with grieve of a love one and only called to inquired a couple of days ago. You will never get my business being very insensitive and rude to me.

I had windows installed the end of 2020. I hate these windows. Very Drafty (should have kept my old windows-they werent as drafty) and now the top of some of the double hung windows will not stay closed when moving the bottom window up and down. Im giving a 2 star rating because they did have good customer service. I wish I could afford to replace them though. I hope this review helps someone else to make a better decision.

When you can talk to me let me know. This is what I have come up with myself so far.We are very familiar with any issues this customer has presented to ******************** T. The biggest issue that was brought to our attention was the "draft" coming through the windows by the customer. We approached this scenario by having a team from the actual manufacturer (2/10/21) come out and inspect. They resolved minor scratches they identified, but were unable to find any structural issues or insulation issues. The next step we took was scheduling our account manager at the manufacturer, ***, and our service manager at Green T, ****, to meet with the customer to go over what we were seeing. They spoke with the customer in the house (2/18/21), and performed a demonstration about a process called "convection". They showed her by simply lighting a candle, and holding it near the bottom of the window, that there was no air flow, but when we closed her blinds, there was then movement. This is caused by heat from the inside meeting the cooler glass and being trapped in between the blinds and the warmer inside air. We also were able to use a temperature gun to show the customer that there was no temperature difference either way. If there are any opening and closing issues, these have not been brought to our attention, and if this is a structural issue, or component issue, the customer still has an active manufacturer warranty that we honor, that would cover any issues.
